The Day was young. The leaves were wet with dew. Temperance Brennan looked out the window. "Hi" said a voice behind her. Temperance jumped and turned around and see Seeley Booth. "Don't scare me like that Booth!" she said. "Sorry, why are you awake? You should be in bed, you're sick." said Booth, while pushing her into the bedroom. When they got in there, she walked right out the door again. "Where are you going?" said Booth,with concern in his eyes. "Calm down Booth, I'm going to the grocery, do you want anything?" she asked, as calm as ever. "No, and hurry back!" said Booth yelling at her as she went down the driveway. "Don't Worry!" she yelled back. Then just as she turned the corner, there was a big explosion. Booth ran down to the corner, and when he turned he saw that their car was flipped over, with Temperance just slightly out of the car. He ran over to her, He checked her breathing. She would survive. Temperance was lucky that she had her life still. But she didn't know what was going to happen in the future that may cost her and her daughter's life.
