Svart�lfheim The home of the Svart�lfar, or Dark Elves. The city itself is completely underground, shielded from the sun�s rays. Most Svart�lfar live here, as this is where their main government is located. The don�t require a garrison, as they have one of the most powerful defense mechanisms of all cities. The orb of Vanir, named after the gods who gave it to the Svart�lfar as a gift. This orb will attack, and almost always kill, any intruders in Svart�lfar on sight. Ni�avellir Also known as the Dark Fields, Ni�avellir is home to the Dwarves and a smattering of Svart�lfar. The city is closer to mine shaft, as tons of dust and rock are kicked up everyday by the endless mining operations that are done under the city. Over the city is a dark cloud that blots out the sun, a result of the incredible amount of pollution created by all of the things Dwarves have done in their city.
