Equality - Men Vs Women?, should they be paid the same

Do women deserve equal pay in sports such as golf and tennis? I mean...they play less sets in tennis, but draw in as many crowds as the men and probably provide more entertaining games in terms of rallies etc.

In golf its similar...In football they pull less crowds so you cant expect a smaller 'industry' to pay as well as its larger counterparts...

....but what i'm saying is - if they should be paid as much, why aren't they?

nope - cus they not as good! simple

If they were, then sposors would put up more/equal cash for events and so on but they simply wont be the best in equal gender comparisons...

some female golfers have tried playing with the men in PGA comps and they have failed to make the cut - Michelle Wie and Annika Sorenstam are 2 examples

Also in darts they have have the ladies play the men and have been thrashed each time.

I think top athletes or either sex shuuld get paid what they deserve - prize money should be less say in tennis cus they cant handle best of 5 sets....

Women dont get paid as much as men, for the same reason Muslims get hounded in the media. Its a f##ked up world and thats just the way it is, well as long as the current governments are in place...

Whites are better than blacks, men are better than women, Christianity is better than Islam...

Is this why INQ was born? anyway drifting away now...

Id rather watch women play than men, much sexier.. But i guess you dont get the same level of performance as the men... Mind you Arsenal ladies arent bad, they won the quadruple in the womens competitions last year, play exactly like the Arsenal mens... and a few of them are quite cute... What the hell am i doing here? im off to get my season ticket to the Arsenal ladies!!
