The Department of Culture (DoC)



Three part department organised to bring 'life' to the guild

Website and a sense of family to the guild community.



Phoenix News Network (PNN): Assigned the task of investigating and

presenting the 'New's' of the guild and Ganereth in a creative manner.



Roleplayer's Fellowship: Assigned the Task of organising and

participating in Live RP events in game and also Co-Operative Story-Telling

posts in our Forums.



Non-RP Recreational Authority: Assigned the task of providing

events (on Website and In Game) that are Non-Roleplaying related and

designed for relief of the BORED.



The Trade and Crafting Commission (TCC)



Internal Production, Aquisition, and Farming: Assigned the task of

crafting gear to Meet our Military's Demand for equipment. Aquiring

materials from guild members for a fair price... and assisting with and informing about how to farm most effectively to get needed Materials for the guild's overall well-being.



Market Specialists: These brilliant folk are responsible for

analyzing the in game economy, supply and demand factors, rumors, politics,

etc to determine what things are the best investments to grow T7P's wealth.



Foreign Trade Laison: This department is assigned the responsilities of trading with guilds that we have Free Trade Agreements with. As much a Political role as a economic one.



The Office of Personnel and Recruiting (OPR)



Recruiters: Assigned responsiblity of advertising for T7P and

Interviewing applicants to the guild on IRC. Also responsible for Welcoming

new members on Forums and getting them setup initially.



Complaints Department: This Department is the one to come to with

complaints about other members/leaders. They will Coordinate efforts and

personnel to help resolve disagreements. This is basically our Judicial Branch. Any issues not able to be resolved by the Complaints Department will be refered to the Council to be resolved by them.



Member Development and Assistance Department: These brave and

dedicated souls are assigned the task of assisting our members with leveling and completing Quests that they may need help with.



The Foreign Relations Department (FRD)



Ambassadors: Assigned task of Spending Much time in contact with

their 'assigned' Guild(s). Basically the 'go between' for us and them in

most cases. Also responsible for being the FACE of T7P to their assigned guild.



The Imperial Marine Force (IMF)



This Department is a very special one. The IMF is the best of all of our fighters. Specifially assigned the task of skilling themselves in PvP realted skills the IMF must spend the majority of their time and financial resources achieving higher and higher levels of deadliness. The IMF will act as an eventual funnel to a PvP society we will form in time. It is recommended that members of this Dept be heavy depositors or very effective at making peds in game. They must be highly focused and determined individuals.



The Office of Internal Affairs (OIA)



Internal Security Section (ISS): Charged with tasks to help prevent Desention and

Revolt. As well as spying and blantant internal disruptions. The details of how this is done will remain a secret. Consider this a secret society .



Local Government Section (LGS): This Section is for those who own Estates or land. In time their will be a need to co-operate and co-ordinate between land owners and Pilots etc. This Section is for them.



Banking and Financing Section (BFS): Members of this section will focus mainly on the financial well being of our membership. They will be and work with the individuals in our society that issue issue loans and are issued loans. It is very important that we manage this part of our societies activities with great care, therefore, the BFS will specialise in keeping track of loaned monies and their repayment.
