Story Basis: Legend
Story:
In every generation, there is a human born that's quite different from others...
This human is unique in every way.... they tend to have extreme intelligence.... a habit of being loyal to their friends and family and a habit to always keep their promises.... and they also have a massive pain tolerence.(they are able to take more physical/emotional pain than normal)
These persons typically would take a bullet for their friends.... their lifes to themselves are meaningless... they feel as though the people around them mean more than anything else....
This is my story.

Summary:
Kai had 3 creatures he had kept in jars.....They were Symbiotes....Symbiotes can talk on their own and do not have to talk through their hosts... A green one that heals it's host ... A black one named Chaos that makes the Host stronger, faster, and that has no weaknesses..... a red one named Oblivion, that drives the host insane unless the host has a strong will, and it speeds up the host and makes the host hard to hit, it is weak against fire....
The green one is called Pride, the red one is Oblivion, and the
the black symbiote..... is called chaos. The Symbiote chaos got it's name because of it's first host... My father, the kingpin, Chaos... I know not what happened to him... but he has changed.... The symbiote extended his life quite alot, he used to be a protector of the beasts, we used to live in harmony.... until 18 years ago.... 7 days after I was born, he changed.... he murdered my mother, no one knew why... The symbiote seemed to slink off of him a day before, he has been surrounded by a black aura which is now thought to be the spirit of destruction, Chaos.... there are a total of 10 spirits that bring armegeddon.... Wrath, Sloth, Lust, Gluttony, Envy, Vanity, and Greed... but three of them are not as well known, but are the most influencial. Chaos, god of darkness and anger.... Oblivion, God who will End of all things, and Pride, God of war... the possession of the spirit is why this city hasn't seen the sun for 18 years... My father has seen many things in the past 980 years that the symbiote had been on him, I guess during that time, the spirit Chaos had come in contact with him.
Races: Demi-humans: half human, half beast.... it can change from a form that is a mix of their beast form and human, and it can shift into a full human form in appearance.
Beast: a being that is born in the form of a beast(such as a tiger) and can shift from beast form to human form...

Night Walkers
There are many creatures in the night that walk amoung us; Phantoms, Ghosts, Werewolfs, Demons, and of course Vampires.
They are amoung us today, though the typical human eye is unable to see them.
My name is Zane Van Helsing, a decendent of Victor Van Helsing, the great "Mythical Creature Remover", they once called him. However his life was ended by Vlad Van Dracula, or Count Dracula.
The rules of vampires you may know are actually quite different than the movies, for example; The sun doesen't kill them, it only hurt's their eyes. Cutting their heads off? You crazy?!?!? A bat simply comes out of the neck and turns into the vampire you just killed! What a waste of equipment!
There are only a few weapons that can kill them..... I own one, a pair of handblades made of pure silver with a glass cross in the center that has many bloods in them. Vampire, human(for ghosts), Demon( phantoms), Wolf, Bat, Werewolf.
2 handblades, nicknamed Heaven's Wrath, that can kill all of the "Creatures of the night". It can also connect to a silver staff that I found with it, making it also a bladed staff called The Angel's Wings.
A broadsword, nicknamed The Fang, can only kill vampires.
A creasent blade, named the Cursed Moon, can only kill Werewolfs.
A bow, known as The Shadow Bow, can only kill Ghosts.
And Finally a Spear called The Devil's Enemy, can kill Phantoms and Demons.
Phantoms are a newly discovered monster. They are ghosts of the demons that have been killed in the past, however, the Devil's Enemy Kills demons and prevents them from becoming Phantoms.
This is my story, my world, my hell that I live in, and I have sent these letters to you few that have been chosen to weild the weapons, those whom have had experince of these creatures in the pasts, I hope you will all help me.

Truthfully, I like to hide my background, but since you will all join me in hunting these creatures;
My Great Great Grandfather, Victor Van Helsing had a little secret most people don't know..... he was half vampire. His mother was a vampire, and his father was a mortal..... what? You think I'm lying? Where do you think they got the story for Mr. Snipes? One part of that movie is true, silver is effective, but it needs the blood of the creature you are killing. Steaks are unacceptable. Vampires can just grab them and rip your arm off before you know what happened.
Anyway to get back on topic; Van Helsing along with his decendants had to find another half-vampire to breed with.
now what happens when the mother is a vampire and the father is a human, the child born is cursed with only being able to have a son, and it passes down the family line, and they are only allowed to have one child.
Just the opposite when the father is a vampire and the mother is human, a female is born and can only have female children, and only one.
When the two half vampires mate, the result is a curse broken; a male and female are born. However, my twin sister, Dawn, was murdered by a full blooded male vampire. The ba***rd raped her and removed her soul and took her body, the same one who killed my parents and my grandfather. His name is Vlad Van Dracula. My sister and I were so close, I found a way to bind her spirit until I can find her body and return her soul, her spirit is bound to my shadow. Unlike other shadows, this one can move and stand as well as fight, though she looks like me because she's my shadow, and she hates me for it but I don't know what I would do If I lost her.... My sister is the only family I have left.
About Vlad;
He was a prince long ago, and was thought to be a vampire.
He tied his enemies to a table, and impailed them through the heart with a wooden steak and drained them of their blood.
He was human at the time.... however the last person he drained was a sage who cursed him saying: "If you wish to be so barbaric, then it shall be done. When you relieve me of my blood, you will be what your people believe you are.... a vampire!!"
