well i have been having trouble with my teams lately and here is my most recent one that seems pretty decent so far but it needs more help. so please C+C as it will greatly help

this set works very well for a lead so far faking out pokes and being able to hit any switching in gengars with focus punch or w/e is great. 414 hp can make sure i stay alive and 200 def only helps that.

very useful for taking down ninjask which i have been seeing WAY too often lately also x-scissor is very useful for taking down dark/psychc/and grass pokes which i don't see too often but it also comes in handy for stab. Brick Break gets more coverage though so i might use that as well. Roost helps me stay alive and takes away from life orb meaning i can just roost off life orb damage and he needs the 252 speed to pull it off.

basic paraflinch set with a few modifications... works great and it doesn't even take much damage from a t-bolt from timid gengar. aura shpere and flamethrower help with coverage, but i think i could use roost somewhere on here maybe instead of flamethrower i could have Roost?

so far for this set it works very well takes ice fangs from adamant gliscor and then leech seeds it and stalls it to death with recover and psychic. though grass knot may come in handy for swamperts and other ground type pokes and water pokes like gyarados.

here it is, spiritomb, doesn't need much defense as it can burn its foe. i think pursuit works well on this as it kills over any azelf, gengar, and other psychic, ghost pokes. pain split can ensure it stays alive and taunt makes pain split all the much better.

just what i need on my team a poke to get rid of stealth rock and other spikes and set up its own. black sludge works best as it f**ks trick pokemon who try and steal leftovers... which i have also seen alot.
