THE TOURNAMENT WILL BE CANCELED DUE TO ALL THE MEMBER SPLITTING AND DUE TO ALL THE BULLSHIT SHADOW KNIGHTS HAVE CAUSED! (THANK YOU LUGIA AND TUBA AND ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN THIS)!



I WILL BE HOSTING THE SECOND OFFICIAL HAVOC FEDERATION TOURNAMENT. If you would like to enter just POST the word 'I' underneath DO NOT SAY ANYTHING ELSE THIS IS NOT A CHAT TOPIC! You have until the end of THIS MONTH (December) TO ENTER.

CURRENT PARTICIPANTS:




THE RULES:

Single, lvl 100 matches.

No Ubers: Mewtwo, Mew, Wobbuffet, Lugia, Ho-oh, Latios, Latias, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Deoxys-ALL FORMS, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Garchomp, Manaphy, Darkrai, and Arceus are not allowed.

Species Clause: Only one of each Pokémon species can be used.

Evasion Clause: The moves Double Team and Minimize are banned.

Accuracy Clause: Accuracy lowering moves such as smokescreen are banned.

OHKO Clause: The moves Fissure, Guillotine, Horn Drill, and Sheer Cold are banned.

Sleep Clause: Only one Pokémon in each side can be asleep at any given time.

Hacking: Pokesav is fine...no illegal hacking if you are caught using them you WILL be disqualified.


If any of these rules are broken PM ME RIGHT AWAY or i won't be able to do anything about it...any rule breakers WILL be disqualified so no excuses (and don't take it personally) also proof will be helpful (if you recorded it send me a link to the video, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO.)



When i post the fixtures (in this topic) you will have 10 days to find the person you are paired against and battle them...i can assist you with that, if necessary, but it is up to YOU to find the person (on any site and/or this chat box).

IN ORDER FOR THE TOURNAMENT TO TAKE PLACE WE WILL NEED AT LEAST 8 PARTICIPANTS...depending on the number of entrants i will make a suitable tournament system such as a league/groups/knockout.

The participants will be updated on a regular basis.

If you are late to sign up you can serve as a backup (encase people do not do their matches).

The fixtures will be posted in THIS POST (underneath) and the results...after you do your match send me a pm (private message), ON THIS FORUM, and tell me who has won, if the match is a draw it will have to be re-done as no draws are allowed.

Mhmm... This is the SECOND official tornament, so change the name quickly.

Secondly, if you want me to participate, the tournament will have to be delayed until the 28th or the 29th, because the 24th i'm going to my grans, and staying there till boxing day, and then on the same day, I'm heading off to my aunts to stay there until sunday. Neither places have wifi, but they have a pc with internet .

That means I will be in, only if it is delayed until the 29th, which means I might not be in... Meh
