Whatever happens, Sony sucks. They're bastards. Microsoft and Sony are in it for the money. Sony just sucks at it. Nintendo is the real gaming company. They make games for the people. True, often the games suck @$$, but whatev. I personally like the Xbox series.

I've found far more fun games for PS2 or 3 and XBox and XBOx 360 then I do Gamecube or Wii. huh.gif

War produces classic remarks by military commanders; on February 26, 1991, the US 1st Armored Division, the famous Big Red One, encountered the allegedly elite Iraqi Republican Guard. The divisional commander, Major General Ronald Griffiths, radioed his deputy, who was riding with the armored spearhead. "I understand we are engaging the Medina Division?" he said, referring to one of the crack Iraqi Guard divisions. "Negative, sir," came the reply. "We are destroying the Medina Division."
Great proof that despite their quantity, the Soviet tanks that NATO planners feared above all else could be shredded by the M1 Abrams, Challenger 2, Leopard 2, LeClerc, Ariete, and Merkava with ease. Patton would be proud.

PlayStation. Nuff' said.

Seriously, a system that has sold over 120 million units worldwide is a major player. Now, granted, he Wii has been wildly popular, and is the second most popular game system ever, after the PS2, but it's unconventional controller can't beat the tried and true, original, copied a million times over, Duelshock 2 controller. And the PS3 has redefined next-gen gaming, but it's been hampered slightly be high prices and lack of games. XBox=Playstation clone. The only thing about XBox that's original, and I admit, is a great feature, is XBox Live. Best online gaming feature EVER. But you can't beat PSOne, PS2, and PS3. cool.gif  cool.gif  cool.gif  cool.gif  cool.gif  cool.gif  cool.gif  cool.gif

And at least the PS3 does not red ring!

Hopefully, Apple will release a console! sterb002.gif

Nintendo's always cared about Gameplay over graphics. That's where they rise where Playstation and Xbox fall. I've always loved the fact that they were the last company to go Disc, and all because they didn't need much space for the memory of their games. You put a Nintendo staff member alone in a room full of game programming for one hour, and you'll have a game just as good as Xbox or Playstation.

See, I've never found that much entertainment in Pokemon, or Mario, or Sonic, or Link, or Zelda games. They're just too young for me. Me, I like Chrome Hounds, Gran Tourismo, Call of Duty, Rock Band, Guitar Hero, Ace Combat, Battlefield, Need for Speed, etc. More "grown-up games". Now, I understand that many people play Nintendo games, and I'm not faulting them AT ALL. But I'm just stating my opinion, and that dictates that Playstation is better than Nindendo.

Um, I'm sorry Buzz Line, where exactly do you live? Cause here in the U.S., PS3's were available starting at $400, not $700 as you claim. And XBox's start at #350, while Wii's start at #250. And my praise of the Playstation line was mostly for the PS2, which is selling for $100-130, depending on where you go, and have outsold everyother system in the last year since the PS3 was released. Yes, it has outsold the Wii, month per month.

I live in the U.S. too and I saw a commercial for playstation 3 and saw $700, and saw the same on Ebay. I really couldn't believe it and I'm happy if you didn't spend that much on it.

Actually I spend summers either in Chicago or Portland but for now I'm in Michigan and it sinks right now. One day it rains, the next we get 4 inches of snow.

Alright, sorry for getting mad. I've never seen then that expensive, and if I did, I wouldn't pay it when they collecting dust for $400 at my local GameStop. Yeah, the weather in Central Pennsylvania is freaky too. Middle of January, and we get a dusting of snow, at most. It's cold, below freeing, but the snow doens't come. blink.gif blink.gif

Gotta go with Nintendo here. I grew up playing the original Mario Bros and the Legend of Zelda. Old 80's Nintendo games are the best! But I'm more old school.

Heck yeah!!! Nintendo rocks! When the Super Nintendo and Sega Genisis were out, Nintendo was better. When N64 and Playstation were out, N64 was better. The only time Nintendo was not superior was the Gamecube days. I was very dissapointed with the Gamecube when I owned one. But now Nintendo's Wii is back on top baby!!!

Honestly, the most fun multiplayer game has to be Mariocart 64! Just my opinion though...

I agree the time when Nintendo were at their lowest were the gamecube days.
Sony and Microsoft, both in terms of games and characters, are nowhere near the same prestige that Nintendo and even Sega had.

Btw the last comment was inspired by SilverSurfer's "Dragon Ball Z was nowhere near the same prestige as Superman/Batman".

Ever since you knew what happened during that Nintendo,Sega vs. Sony,Microsoft debate. Seriously not only did that piss me off, but I think it was practically one-sided to pit the entirety of all characters/series from respective companies against each other.

Well, from what I saw from that, and from what you and Nesh and Godzilla Addict were saying, Nintendo would solo. They had all the gods and such from the Pokemon series.

I'm sorry but even with the problems and all of the X-box, I still find its the best system out there, I really could care less if the company is only out there for the money. The PS3 Really sucks, Trust me, I really don't like it and I have a versus sheet all written out when I argue this point biggrin.gif
