Well, check this out at the-numbers.com.

I know it takes awhile, but check out all the upcoming movies with marvel or DC characters! I saw, besides the known Iron Man, Incredible Hulk, and the Dark Knight(you gonna see that, Surfer?), I saw movies with Luke Cage, Ant-Man, Superman, Thor, Wonder Woman, stand-alone Wolverine AND Magneto movies, the Flash, Shazam!, Captain America, and Namor the Sub-Mariner, among others. There are alot of movie ideas with comic characters, many more than I ever thought! I'll be glad to hear people's thoughts on this! sterb002.gif sterb002.gif

War produces classic remarks by military commanders; on February 26, 1991, the US 1st Armored Division, the famous Big Red One, encountered the allegedly elite Iraqi Republican Guard. The divisional commander, Major General Ronald Griffiths, radioed his deputy, who was riding with the armored spearhead. "I understand we are engaging the Medina Division?" he said, referring to one of the crack Iraqi Guard divisions. "Negative, sir," came the reply. "We are destroying the Medina Division."
Great proof that despite their quantity, the Soviet tanks that NATO planners feared above all else could be shredded by the M1 Abrams, Challenger 2, Leopard 2, LeClerc, Ariete, and Merkava with ease. Patton would be proud.

The only ones I didn't already know about were Shazam and Flash. Also, I hear there is going to be a Green Lantern movie.

That's not on this list, but I believe you. There is also a Justice League movie for 2009. And did you see that Luke Cage movie for 2008? It says that Tyrese Gibson will play Luke! If that's true, then Luke Cage WILL BE the most bad-@$$ Marvel movie character EVER. PERIOD. Tyrese is sweet.

Me too. I REALLY can't wait for Iron-Man, opening 5-2-08, baby!!! When I saw that first trailer, and Robert Downey Jr. as Tony, I thought that there could not be a better choice as Tony Stark than him. And the Iron Man song by Iron Maiden was absolutely heart-racing. I'm also looking forward eagerly to the Incredible Hulk Movie with Edward Norton and Liv Tyler, as well as good old tough as nails, absolutely fearless Bats himself in The Dark Night. Have you seen the trailer for it yet? Heath Ledger as the Joker is absolutely crazy. I mean, way, WAY more crazy than Jack Nicholson Joker, I mean, psyco, completely insane, R/NC-17 horror/slasher flick psyco villian evil. He's absolutely nuts.

But that's why I'm looking forward to it. tongue.gif teu42.gif teu42.gif

The first was pretty good in my opinion, they just didn't conclude it very well. Sure left it open for a sequel, though. wink.gif wink.gif

Maybe I'm missing something, but why is Tony Stark "a dick" nowadays? Everyone is describing him as such, and I'm in the dark as to they call him such. blink.gif blink.gif blink.gif blink.gif

Civil War. not teh main title, but in all the comics centered around anti-reg characters. Just Read Black Panther Civil War issues. Stark is a dick.

So you don't like him because he took the stance supporting superhero registration, and fought against the heroes against it? I see.

No, not his stance, but the way he acted. He wasn't just upholding the law, he was being a dick about it.

OK, so he was being a dick about it. I'll try to find one of those Civil War issues. My local Barnes and Noble had a couple, but I didn't have a chance to jump on them before they sold out. angry.gif
