Ok Silver Surfer must defeat all the waves in order to win he must be knocked out to lose. He must knock out his opponets in order to win.

Wave 1 roster: Vixen, Hawk girl, and Stargirl
Wave 2: Aqua Man, Atom Smasher, and Hawk man
Wave 3: Solomon Grundy, Martian Manhunter, and Green lanturn
Wave 4: Doomsday, Superman,and Superboy

Can this team of Dc characters take out one of the most powerful marvel characters. Silver Surfer is gonna have 30 seconds of a rest between each wave.

Martian beats him if Silver Surfer doesn't take him down quickly enough. Martian Man Hunter's fire weakness is more mental than physical so I doubt "cosmic awareness" will do him any good. Its an ill defined power anyway. Notice all of Surfer's powers are ill defined? Causing extreme pain until passing out with psychic powers, thats pretty straight forward.

Surfer has strong resistance to physic attacks, plus his body's almost indestructable. I say he cruises through the first three rounds. The last one will be hard. He can transmute kryptonite and eliminate Superman and Superboy in two minutes, but I'm not sure about Doomsday.

War produces classic remarks by military commanders; on February 26, 1991, the US 1st Armored Division, the famous Big Red One, encountered the allegedly elite Iraqi Republican Guard. The divisional commander, Major General Ronald Griffiths, radioed his deputy, who was riding with the armored spearhead. "I understand we are engaging the Medina Division?" he said, referring to one of the crack Iraqi Guard divisions. "Negative, sir," came the reply. "We are destroying the Medina Division."
Great proof that despite their quantity, the Soviet tanks that NATO planners feared above all else could be shredded by the M1 Abrams, Challenger 2, Leopard 2, LeClerc, Ariete, and Merkava with ease. Patton would be proud.

yeah this is why I put in doomsday I always hated the fact surfer could turn the air into kryptonite. I personally think that the third wave would give him so much trouble that the fourth level would take him out.

Well, you have to remember that Surfer has insane levels of endurance, so MM and co. would have to really work to weaken him.

Wave 1: Hahahahahahaha!

Wave 2: Hahahahahahaha!

Wave 3: Hmmmm... Green Lantern gives him trouble, but he still wins.

Wave 4: Red Sun and then easy win against Doomsday.

Surfer wins.

Green Lantern is the only problem there, but since we know that Surfer can beat GL, its just a matter of staying out of distance of Superman and siphoning away his energy.

that's fine but i think he'd be exhausted after all the other matches, this whole time supes, and superboy could be roasting in the sun getting more and more powerful.

A good fighter fights smart, and SS is smart. He doesn't try to go toe to toe in an all out brawl with Supes or SB. Instead, he can drain a large majority of their energy, even after yellow sun absorption. It is true that SS has an upper limit to the amount of energy he can absorb, but he can certainly drain a large amount of energy, increase his abilities by 100x, then discharge the whole lot of it in Supe's face. He has the ability to absorb, manipulate, and/or discharge most types of energy, except magic.
