The Boy Scouts of America has a cult in it's mist, Note the BSA itself is not a cult

Now I'm a Boy Scout myself so I'm not trying discredit the orginazation. The BSA has for those who don't know an honor socitey called The Order of the Arrow (OA). I am covinced that the OA is a cult enbedded in a noble oranizatoin. My friend Michael who I trust with my life says that there is a Pentagram altar at the Scout camp we go to and has several witnesses to that fact. One of our leaders was member and said he saw something similar at his camp and told us it was a practical joke. I do not believe him however as common scouts like myself know nothing of the OA's inner workings but when Michael brought the altar up to OA member they denied it's exsistance and posted an OA guard at every entrance. That seems a little intense for a practical joke to me.

Now Michael and I did manage to get some knowlge of one of the ceremonies carried out by the OA. The one known as "The Ordeal"; we interigated a memeber and he told us that you spend a weekend unable to talk or eat while you do manual labor. Are they trying to break new members? Isay yes. i've benn to two intail induction cermonies bot had Fire and Drums two things not involved in other Scouting indution rituals, it seemed a bit tribal. Parents can attend the Ordeal but are sworn to secercy even from ther kid.

The worst part of it all is people are sent in to the oranization by there troop members; I've sent people into this lion's den to be brainwashed to do who knows what. The voting however will help us take this cult down; Michael and I plan to be voted in at the same time and take it down from the inside. We won't have to worry about being brainwashed because the other will be there to keep us stable and once we deem them ready, we'll vote others in to assist us and carry on our work when we decide to leave or it gets to dangerous provide we haven't accomplished our goal yet. btw I mean no offense to fellow BSA members with this post.

May I point out I'm older than you so, you shouldn't be calling me a kid. 2. My friends and I aren't exactly stupid. 3. The last part said we'd be bringing others in and there's the possibility of getting some of them on my side.

2 kids would be anyone young enough to be called kids. Older than me or not. I'll admit to being a kid too. And there is no way you are taking out a cult. It's just unrealistic. Think about it.

This would be an awesome plot for a movie script. My advice: raid the local National Guard armory in the dead of night. My local one has three Strykers in the lot behind it. It probably had M16's and other stuff in there. That's my advice, anyhow.

War produces classic remarks by military commanders; on February 26, 1991, the US 1st Armored Division, the famous Big Red One, encountered the allegedly elite Iraqi Republican Guard. The divisional commander, Major General Ronald Griffiths, radioed his deputy, who was riding with the armored spearhead. "I understand we are engaging the Medina Division?" he said, referring to one of the crack Iraqi Guard divisions. "Negative, sir," came the reply. "We are destroying the Medina Division."
Great proof that despite their quantity, the Soviet tanks that NATO planners feared above all else could be shredded by the M1 Abrams, Challenger 2, Leopard 2, LeClerc, Ariete, and Merkava with ease. Patton would be proud.

Think about it. Who often has someone your age foiled a plot of an evil cult.

1. How many of those Spartans survived?
2. No, he's saying (and I agree) it is about as likely as being struck by lightning twice while holding a winning lottery ticket. Theoretically possible, but realistically not gonna happen.

I've always hated the Boys Scouts. Girls Scouts? Meh, they have good cookies.

But Boy Scouts? I despise them.
