Dont count out superman just yet. His most powerful form would be the DC One-Million.

From the DC database:

"Superman Prime is one the most powerful being that have ever existed. His power is so vast that even powerful multiversal entities like Anti-Monitor pale in comparison to him. No known being in existence can stand up to his power. Outside of non-corporal cosmic entities who are not limited to singular form entities and are all powerful for example the Presence , he is arguably the strongest being in the DC multiverse. He has acquired countless powers and abilities from his travels and lineage that allow him to do anything he wishes, they range from teleportation to magic manipulation. He can manipulate time, space, matter, and bend reality on any scale he wishes, be it on a Universal or Multiversal scale on a whim.

When was Superman that strong?

DC One Million.

Dc is so over powered.

So is marvel.

Compared to DC?
Compared to the company that had a guy sneeze a Solar System away?
Compared to the Company that had to retcon it's entire Universe since it was overpowered?
The same company that had a guy punch reality?!

And that's not DC One Million.

If we use the Supes that sundipped for years, then you can add moving Galaxies or holding onto reality with his super vision. Seriously, DC is extremely overpowered.

Marvel's few flaws are Hulk, and Galactus. That's it.
Marvel > DC! At least in my opinion...

Dc one million is the one where superman sun dipped for millions of years.

Also they're both ridiculously overpowered.

Marvel:
The one above all
Living Tribunal
Thanos with the IG, or the HOTU
Phoenix
Galactus at 100%
Beyonder

No marvel isn't overpowered at all.

They both are overpowered, but DC has more over powered characters.
