I have an idea. You guys should set up alliances, treaties, and trades through PMs. That way its more secretive, and you never know whos on whos side.

That was my original idea for 1 but no one listened so I dropped it.

Points:

'I'm going to die; if this wasteland doesn't kill me the Avatars will. I'm the last Technomancer; as I go so goes my culture.' The thought was serene, not fearful at all. If he was going to die, he'd die fighting; he'd make sure that the Technomancers were never forgotten. Morshan Sakru: The Last Technomancer would be a name all Avatar would shutter at the thought of for etenity. Morshan now knew what happened to a man who had nothing left to live for but vengence: he became a monster.

Why do I get the feeling that this will share a similar fate as its predecessor?

Aright. A few ticks and I'll have nation.

Also, how will we begin this? Same meeting?

I would think so.

Country: HayliGarr

Government: Not much of one. The leader was chosen because he survived the ritualistic journey across the land. More info to come.

Current Ruler: "King" Hector Sow. Since HayliGarr has no official government, it is said the leader is chosen if he can cross from one side of the country to the next. This is such an improbable task, which I'll go into as well, they hadn't had a leader for years. Then Hector Sow had done it, albeit with some after-effects. Even after he "made" his journey, people were skeptical. Not enough people believed him to give him any King-wear or title. He continually insists that he is the rightful king, and always refers to himself as one. Also, the harsh travels made him a tad...eccentric. It is said that he suffered a Heatstroke, giving him a somewhat sluggish speech pattern, with confusing hand movements. He never did cut his hair, nor wash it for that matter. But he's the closest thing they have.

Capital: Rorschach. (No idea why. happy.gif )

Population: 5.8 Million.

Military: Middle Ages Tech. But that's not really what makes the country rugged. The incredibly rough, blistering desert terrain, combined with the diverse, dangerous creatures and monsters that inhabit it, make the country sort of independant of foreign affairs. Plus, to quote the country's motto, they "Don't give a S***." They're a very independant, self-reliant country. These creatures are dealt with everyday of their lives, sort of like an equivalent to have a pest problem in your house, only those pests are lions. Weapons are commonly carried. So, in conclusion, they're's no real military, they just remain neutral during times of war, and form militia-like units when the time arises.

General: "King" Hector Sow.

Climate: Blistering heat. VERY hot, desert climate.

Geography: All desert. Sand, sand, sand. Villages, small cities scattered about.

Diplomatic Stance: Neutral during times of war, don't really care about foreign issues.

How's that? Too creative and far out of the guidelines?
