Haven Of Wiidom > Guantlet fights > Doctor Manhattan exiled on Guantlet
Posted by: boratz Mar 12 2009, 02:51 AM
| Dr. Manhattan has once again exiled himself. Now he has arrived on the Guantlet. Who will stop him? Or will he beat them all?

| Well, there's only one choice, but this is still interesting.
He's definetly not passing #4, but he takes Green Lantern and Ghost Rider. Thor would be a challenge, since we never see his full power, but he probably loses.

| Poll fixed.
Oh, and who is Dr. Manhattan?

Galactus or Dark Phoenix stomps!

| I just looked up Dr Manhattan's super powers. He's like a Silver Surfer on steroids from what I gathered.
• Complete awareness and control of basic atomic particles.
• Size alteration.
• Can change the coloration of his skin, as well as the composition of his clothing.
• Density Control.
• Can reverse entropy.
• Precognition/Post cognition (in terms of his perception of time).
• Can augment his strength to unknown limits.
• Does not appear to age.
• Does not seem to require food, water, or air.
• Can create copies of himself which act independently of each other, but operate in an intelligent collective fashion.
• Creation of Force Fields.
• Can transmute matter into different states or even different types of matter.
• Can create matter.
I don't know, but with those powers, he'd probably have a fighting chance to make it through...

Against Galactus Dark Phoenix, and Mephisto? No way.

In that order? DP puts him down.

Uh, he wears clothes... sometimes...
Posted by: MarvelFan15 Mar 24 2009, 12:25 AM
Yeah, before he was big and blue.
Okay, honestly, why does he run around naked. You don't see Galactus, Mad Jim Jaspers, Mephisto, Dark Phoenix, Scarlet witch, or Marvel Girl run around nude.
...Those last three would be interesting to see in a comic.

Hah ah... pervet. Just joking. Yeah I don't know. He did put a business suit on before going to this press thing in the comic (and the movie) It doesn't really bother me though, just don't look down.
Posted by: Marvel Man Mar 24 2009, 01:58 AM
He wears a G-string...
Posted by: MarvelFan15 Mar 24 2009, 02:06 AM
No. He's naked.
Posted by: GruntKilla06 Mar 24 2009, 06:15 AM
No he wore a business suit once or twice.
Posted by: MarvelFan15 Mar 24 2009, 09:27 PM
...Because not everyone wanted to see his nads. Other than that...he didn't care weather he's naked or not!
Posted by: GruntKilla06 Mar 24 2009, 11:12 PM
Well... what are they going to do about it? Complain? Hey put some cloth- *disentegrated* Yeah... not a good idea.
Posted by: MarvelFan15 Mar 25 2009, 01:19 AM
...Mad Jim Jaspers will see to that.
...Or the Fury!
Posted by: GruntKilla06 Mar 25 2009, 02:33 AM
Where are they gonna come from? Manhattan is DC...
Posted by: MarvelFan15 Mar 25 2009, 03:36 AM
Jaspers nearly took over the entire omniverse. That includes DC as well.
Posted by: Marvel Man Mar 25 2009, 03:42 AM
When he's working on those machines, he's wearing some underwear.
I think that's the only time...aside from the suit.
Posted by: Marvel Man Mar 25 2009, 03:45 AM
Jaspers cannot affect DC, DBZ, or anything else in the Omniverse. He's a fictional character in Marvel.
He can only affect Marvel's Multiverse, albeit, on a grand scale.
Posted by: MarvelFan15 Mar 25 2009, 03:48 AM
He almost affected the Marvel omniverse, Every single thing that was ever in Marvel comics, period.
