Maybe I'm too lazy. Maybe I'm too impatient. Maybe I should try Google.

Still, if anyone out there has a quick cure for a leg (calf to be precise) cramp, please share. I CAN'T MOVE MY LEG!!!! &$@!!

Ran way too much..... sad.gif

Just wait til it stops hurting and then stretch it.

Ha! I get cramps alot and I power through it all the time! Hve you have had cramps in your stomach, back, both legs and one arm all at the same time? Happened to me today. happy.gif Just walk it off or rub it a while. Or get some Gayben and rub that stuff in. Or get a ice pack. Or take a aspirin for the pain.

I'm currently laying down on my bed, with my leg out straight.

Tried walking to throw something away. BAM!
I'm down again....

So, icepack? I'm just massaging it.....

Sadly, no.

And I highly doubt I could drive to go get some. I think I'm just gonna wait it out. Massage, & Icepack. Massage & Icepack.

Note to Self: Stretch after running.

Hey didn't Bloody have this same problem once?

Well anyway try just rubbing the icepack on it and waiting a couple of mintunes then if the pain comes back repeat the procress.

Get a rolling pin.

Close your eyes.

Smash yourself over the head with the rolling pin ten times.

Do this and tell me if your leg is still bothering you.

Well, I'm good now. Thanks for all the advice (Solomon, I didn't get to try that method, but I'll pass it along).

My leg's better. happy.gif

How much did you run? (This is not to help the cramp. I just want to know if you are a pussbag or not.)

Well, the only time I get calf cramps is when I flex in a weird position. I'm a masochist so this is usually self inflicted cramps. I just stretch out my leg (not stretching, just extending it) and it works.

Chest, kidney, and shoulder cramps, I don't know how to take care of. I just power through them. Think good thoughts and run faster. Shoulder cramps are the worst ever.

Ha! I'm not that type of runner.

I'm a soccer player man.

And the cramp was my own fault. Lack of stretching after practice (3-2 hours).
And yeah, I usually work through other cramps. This one was different though....
