The Batman, Batman: The Animated Series, Justice League, Justice League Unlimited, Superman: TAS, Teen Titans, X-Men Evolution.

Basically anything with good animation having to do with comics :P

I've only watche 1 ep. of smallville-Justice. I liked it :D :D :D , the only reason it's not 1 of my favs is cuz i only watched 1 ep, as mentioned above.
I know i's a great show, but i'd like some feedback before i get into it.
Is it really worth watching?

Scrubs hands down. Lost has drug on for FAR, FAR too long, and Heroes is too much like a soap opera for my taste. If they want to make a live action TV series with superheroes, do something with Batman, Spiderman, Iron Man, the X-Men, or any other already established, popular character.
