Ok, book version of Aragorn, recent movie version of Beowulf. (Any other combination would be a stomp in Beowulfs favour)

Book Aragorn wins. He is half Elf, who are almost superhuman in reflexes, speed, strength, and stamina. Beowulf is only human, although a mighty swordsman. Also, if Aragorn has Anduril, it's longer blade gives him a huge edge(no pun intended) over the shorter sword of Beowulf. ((Samuri}}

Beowulf is clearly a metahuman to, however. he was pulling Prince of Persia level agility stunts, as well as superhuman endurence and strength.

Okay, I've never read the LOTR books, stupid mistake on my part, but I have seen the movies. And if Surfer says Aragorn's got Half Elf blood in him, I gotta' give it to him.
But wait, this is movie version of Beowulf. So we put together his mad strength, insane abilitie to jump, and his kick @$$ swordmanship, hmm. Still going with the King.

Well to be more precise, Aragorn is one of the Dunedain, which were men descended from the line of Numenor. Those men had much longer lifespans than normal men. Their physical abilities are never specified, but I think it's safe to say that the men of Numenor had considerable additions of strength, speed, agility, and stamina. Then, to top it off, Aragorn's mom was an Elf, so he is one of the Dunedain and has Elf blood in him. That's why in he book, he lived to be about 250 years. I must confess that I actually haven't seen the Beowulf movie, but I have heard about him, and I have read part of the book. I give Aragorn the edge because of his huge sword, his skills, and his, literally, 50-80 years of experience. :) ((Samuri}}
