Title: Spiderman vs. Quicksilver

Judge Death - April 14, 2009 05:05 PM (GMT)
I posted this on CBUB, I thought maybe I'd just put matches on there. Anyway, here's the setup:

"Ladies and Gentlemen!" Shouted a younger Stan Lee, "Live, from San Diego California, it the Marvel Universe Wrestling Federation! Tonights game, brought to you by: Wizkids! Makers of Heroclix, and several other branches of collectors games! The winner of tonights round will receive: $1,000 and a chance at the finals! Since this your first time being here, and the MUWF's first broadcast, I will explain to you the game. Contestants will fight in our battle arena to the death! Players will be revived after the round, and the winner of the qualafiying rounds will receive $1,000! We will choose a random area for the fighters to fight, and our patented arena will emulate it. Contestants must not be cosmic level to qualify! Now, let's meet today's contestants! First off we have Spiderman!"
Then Spiderman comes out of a door on one side of the arena. It looks much like the Roman Coliseum.
"His powers include: Super Strength, agility, super-senses, wall crawling, and he can emit webbing from his wrists. Now let's meet his opponent, the son of one Erik Leshnir, Quicksilver!"
He runs into the center of the arena and looks Spiderman in the face.
"His powers include... well, he's just really fast! Now, let's see where they will fight!"
Then the arena started changing. The floor became metal, and slowly, edges appeared. Small points were erected, and became poles. Large metal-boxes came out of the ground, eventually revealing it to be a cargo ship.
"Ladies and gentlemen! Let's get ready to ruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuumble!"

I did this match on CBUB too, and someone posted on it. This has already happened in the comics, Spiderman won.

Yes.

Quicksilver usually topped out at Mach 1. Bullets fly faster than that and when was the last time you saw Spider-Man get shot?

Well, that doesn't necessarily mean that Spidey's faster than bulets...

Not in foot speed, but the fact that he's a bullet-timer means that Quicksilver won't be landing a single blow if Spidey doesn't let him.

Speed Dem-...

I mean, Quicksilver, goes down.
Spidey just needs to get off the ground, then wrap him up.
Spidey ftw.

GruntKilla06 - April 15, 2009 08:55 AM (GMT)
Yeah Spidey wins this.
#1 Quicksilver is too c0cky
#2 Spiderman's reflexes can keep up with him
#3 Spiderman is smart

Spiderman ftw.

Check out "Put fused characters here", I added another post, the last three are all mine. The very last character I did... I think you all will like it.

Heh, I just noticed this. Brings back memories, I used to play Heroclix a lot, but I haven't in a while.

Yeah I've still got quite a few myself, probably somewhere around the same. Good times.

Cool. I hope the new owners (whoever they may be) don't screw it up
