Any Martial Artist on here? If so in what ways does training with a Bo staff improve your body?

If you keep hitting yourself with it, the bruises will eventually heal and make you stronger like a Super Saiyan.

Sambo is the best thing I've ever seen on TV.

Except when me and 2 of my friends found ourselves watching porn on HBO.

I do martial arts. Sadly ive never been formally trained with Bo Staff. However ive taught myself. ^_^ As far as physical benefits go it depends on what kind of a Bo you have. If you have a heavier Bo then the extra weight will strengthen your striking power, but your speed will take a back seat. On the other hand if you get a lighter Bo then your speed, and reflexes will increase, but those aren't very durable, and are usually only used for demos.

Hope this answered your question.
