Title: Doctor Manhattan exiled on Guantlet

boratz - March 12, 2009 02:51 AM (GMT)
Dr. Manhattan has once again exiled himself. Now he has arrived on the Guantlet. Who will stop him? Or will he beat them all?
  • 1. Ghost Rider
  • 2. Thor
  • 3. Green Lantern
  • 4. Dark Phoenix
  • 5. Galactus
  • 6. Kid Buu
  • 7. Cell
  • 8. Goku
  • 9. Mephisto
  • 10. Superman

Well, there's only one choice, but this is still interesting.

He's definetly not passing #4, but he takes Green Lantern and Ghost Rider. Thor would be a challenge, since we never see his full power, but he probably loses.

DP ftw.

Poll fixed.

Oh, and who is Dr. Manhattan?

Galactus or Dark Phoenix stomps!

I just looked up Dr Manhattan's super powers. He's like a Silver Surfer on steroids from what I gathered.

Complete awareness and control of basic atomic particles.

Size alteration.

Can change the coloration of his skin, as well as the composition of his clothing.

Density Control.

Can reverse entropy.

Precognition/Post cognition (in terms of his perception of time).

Can augment his strength to unknown limits.

Does not appear to age.

Does not seem to require food, water, or air.

Immortality.

Invulnerable.

Can create copies of himself which act independently of each other, but operate in an intelligent collective fashion.

Creation of Force Fields.

Can transmute matter into different states or even different types of matter.

Can create matter.

Teleportation.

Telekinesis.

I don't know, but with those powers, he'd probably have a fighting chance to make it through...

Against Galactus Dark Phoenix, and Mephisto? No way.

GruntKilla06 - March 19, 2009 11:41 PM (GMT)
In that order? DP puts him down.

Yeah, before he was big and blue. :P

Okay, honestly, why does he run around naked. You don't see Galactus, Mad Jim Jaspers, Mephisto, Dark Phoenix, Scarlet witch, or Marvel Girl run around nude.

Wait!...
...Those last three would be interesting to see in a comic. B) puredevilishevil!!!

GruntKilla06 - March 24, 2009 12:29 AM (GMT)
    Hah ah... pervet. Just joking. Yeah I don't know. He did put a business suit on before going to this press thing in the comic (and the movie) It doesn't really bother me though, just don't look down.

Jaspers nearly took over the entire omniverse. That includes DC as well.

So...yeah. B)

When he's working on those machines, he's wearing some underwear.

I think that's the only time...aside from the suit.

Actually, no....

Jaspers cannot affect DC, DBZ, or anything else in the Omniverse. He's a fictional character in Marvel.

He can only affect Marvel's Multiverse, albeit, on a grand scale.
