Student Council, Class Reps & Teachers, Positions Available!

Well, well now! It's about time we organized the Student Council now, isn't it? Oh and don't forget the Class Representatives, every class needs one of those.. Not to mention we might need some teachers too. At the moment, almost all the positions are up for grabs, although if you would like your character to fulfill on of these positions, please post a role play sample with your request. For teachers, you need to post in here first with a role play sample (and you must have already made one character prior) to be allowed to create a teacher. Anyway, here's some basic information about the positions available.

• Class Representatives - OPEN!

  The class representative of each year group is in charge of general organization and planning of events and activities hosted by that year. Class representatives are responsible for communicating any issues students have to their year coordinators, and are often called upon for their opinions to any given subject.
  
  The following are Student Council positions.
  
• President - OPEN!
  The president of student council should be a student who possesses experienced leadership skills, the ability to lead a large group, and extreme organizational and time management skills. The president should also be personable, accommodating and willing to work with a variety of students, teachers, administrators and parents. The president will be responsible for attending and chairing all meetings and events that go on in the school year.
  
• Vice President - OPEN!
  The vice-president of student council should be a student who possesses experienced leadership skills, and extreme organizational and time management skills. The president should also be personable, accommodating and willing to work with a variety of students, teachers, administrators and parents. The vice-president will be responsible for attending and assisting with all meetings and events that go on in the school year, with the President.
  
• Treasurer - OPEN!
  The treasurer of the Student Council should be a student who possesses exceptional math and accountant skills, and extreme organizational and time-management abilities. The treasurer will be responsible for the financial activities of the council, including keeping accurate and daily records of all money transactions.
  
• Secretary - OPEN!
  The secretary of the Student Council should be a student who possesses exceptional note-taking and communication skills. The secretary will be responsible for keeping minutes (a written record of a meeting, including attendance) and sending weekly meeting minutes to all Student Council members and involved teachers.
  
• Fundraising & Charity Committee (FCC) - Edric Hoppe (5th), Naoki Otsuka (5th). CLOSED.
  The FCC should be made up of students who have varied charity experience, as well as exceptional organizational and a strong desire to help those in need. Plus, should also be personable, accommodating and willing to work with a variety of students, teachers, administrators and parents in order to raise money for the Council. The FCC is responsible for the planning of all Fundraising and Charity events, with the assistance of the rest of the Council.
  
• Faculty Head - Kiyoshi Otsuka
  The faculty head is the one teacher in charge of overseeing the council's organization and event planning. The faculty head is responsible for escorting the president and vice president to meeting and events, as well as assisting with fundraising, charity, and school events. To be the faculty head, the character must already be a grade teacher.

  As the student base is fairly small, only one teacher is needed for each class. Each teacher is also to Year Coordinator (YC) for a certain year group, who organizes all important tasks and administration for their assigned year.

Position: Fundraising & Charity Committee (FCC)
Character's Name: Edric Hoppe
Reason Why: He can bring great and practical ideas to Hanemaboroshi, including but not limited to school dances, inter-school parties, 'dress up' days and charity luncheons.
Role Play Sample: Edric walked over to the refreshment table and poured himself a glass of grape juice from the large, crystal bowl in the middle of the table, using the matching crystal ladle, into the glass cup. He sighed and sipped his drink slowly. He'd been alone for the whole night, and on one of the biggest nights of the year at Hanemaboroshi. He'd gone un-noticed by the boy he had a crush on, gone un-noticed by the many teachers scattered throughout the crowds of people,and even gone un-noticed by the fellow council-members that he helped plan the whole event. He was beginning to think there was some sick conspiracy against him, when suddenly, a mysterious person he'd never seen in Hanemaboroshi approached him and smiled wickedly.
