Not bad i guess. The run itself needs some more easing. And the lunge at the end, was a little messed up. But it should help beginners much. Nice to see your tributing to the site. I might get a running tutorial up here eventually.

Make sure to joint trail the legs. In other words, don't let the back leg fling past the onionskin on the previous frame. It makes it smoother. And in an actual run, your leg won't fling back any more than you are propelling yourself forward.
...that is unless you do it on purpose, but that makes you look like an idiot
