The second is better than the first, but try making it not move a lot like center him a little. Just practice more. I'd say Medium Beginner.

Too stiffed, uneased, not fluid at all, not well put together movements.

Work on all that >.>

Frame man. Frames frames frames. That's the biggest advice I can get you. It looks like both animations were around 3 frames long. Take time on it, your not going to be good by not putting work into it. Just keep practicing movements. Also I suggest re-sizing your animations to 1/2 as well.

low med beg
1. its because its very stiff
2. the thing that got you low-med is the stifness :D
3. the guy is going forword and backwords
4. you should keep him in the same place or else it looks like he is running in the same place
other than that good luck animating :D

well its somewhere around med-beginner , the run hed to few frames. (you need a run from atleast 7 frames or something)If you make a run with more frames and make it ease good it will be really smooth, but in this anymation you dont really see smoothness cuz of the few frames, but its pretty well done so keep it up :)

Err... to start with, its stiff. It has no flow and its too fast.

So.... I came up with something that may help you with your run...

I took down the frames of one of my runs so you can see about what is a good run.
