Lena (Cheetah; in her late twenties, she works the desk most of the time)

Orly (Eagle Owl; somewhat dimwitted, but knows the apartment complex like the back of his wing. Reference him for information on the apartments)

Jenna (Deer Mouse; Manages the complex. she tries to be understanding, but often fails)

Debbie (Arabian Horse; Light southern accent, she's a kind soul who works as assistant to just about everyone in the office. Knows her way around town well.)

You come here when you first move in and when you want to move out, and to pay your rent or find out why your cable isn't working.

Ok this was probably the best place to say Hi.
Im Sirus, im a veteren Rper whos been rping and teaching Rp for about 8 years, my latest pupil having directed me here. Say hi Rocky. had a read of the rp so far and it is intriguing, so if its ok with the fair people who own this place, if i may move in and join in?

I rolled my eyes, wandering in.
"Yeha, Like I'm the one who owns the place. "

I looked at the new guy. "You need any help, go ahead and ask one of the desk workers- Lena's a good place to start."

The cheetah looked up.
"Hello, sir- are you interested in an apartment today?"

I stretched, waved, and left the main office to go to the pool

I chuckle
"im fine, im not one to stay in places like here, but thank you for the offer and welcome"

Burtts through in a hyper excitement and hugs Sirus "YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I suddenly poof in out of nowhere. After looking at the odd site of Rocky hugging Sirus, I start looking around at nothing in particular.

After looking around at nothing in particular, I approach the front desk. "....Hello?"

Lena looked up from her paperwork. "Yes?"

"Umm.....hi.... I was wondering if you have any apartments for rent." I say kinda nervously; not being the most social person in the world.

The cheetah nodded. "We sure do. You happen to know what you're looking for?"

she motioned to a chart on the desk that gave the apartment options- one or two bedrooms- the REALLY big ones (four total) having three.

"Just a one bedroom apartment, please. I hate the idea of getting a place with someone I wouldn't get along with. Of course, if it was with a girl...." I pause, just realizing what I just said. "....Just the one bedroom!"

The cheetah chuckled. "Yes, sir- C-10, on the first floor."

she took out the keys and tossed them to him.

"Make sure you send up the rent next week, got it?"

I reach out to catch the keys. The hit my hand, but I manage to grab them on the second attempt before they fall to the ground.

"Thank you. And how much will rent be, exactly?"
