Stralock - Land of Requiem & Roucin

[Kaya]

It was with great caution that the blue fae made her way through tall grass, ivory snowflakes clinging to their blades. These lands were new to her, and so much unlike those she once belonged to. She walked briskly, head and tail low to the ground. She wandered whether the lands into which she had strayed were deserted, or whether some pack had claimed it. She halted in her tracks. It occured to the pearly winged shewolf that it might not be the wisest idea to simply walk into occupied territory. At the very least she should make her presence known.

Blue female lifted her muzzle to the sky, sending out a long, deep howl. It was only a matter of time, she thought, before someone would surely find her. Atleast this way she could be sure she wasn't surprised, that no one would mistake her for a spy and attack her. She was ready though, should a violent situation occur, but she doubted that would happen very much.

[Maerd]

Maerd's ears twitched and moved to where the noise had came from. Was that a howl or the wind telling him things? What ever it was, it got him excited. He was sure it was a howl. He rose his maw to the heavens and a low howl escaped him. It drifted out into the sky and throughout his territories. Excitment overwhelmed him and he raced through the grass, not letting the snow slow him down.

A low howl reached the femmes auds and she recognised it instantly as a reply. I knew it was only a matter of time, she thought as she awaited the arrival of the howl's owner, unsure whether to stay put or move towards where the noise had come from. Deciding that it was perhaps best to let the wolf find her, as she was unfamiliar with this territory, she stayed where she was, though kept her senses alert. She was excited, not having seen let alone spoken to another wolf for some time. The last time she had met another wolf was when she received the long scar around her neck. She was lucky to have survived that encounter and hoped this one would not be similar.But she doubted this particular wolf, be it a femme or a brute, had any desire to rip her to shreads, in fact from what she had gathered from it's howl, it sounded almost as excited as her.

Two howls met her ears as she wandered through the lands cautiously. She'd scented an alpha, or what she thought to be an alpha due to the markings on the territory. Nixi sighed softly as she thought about something then lifting her maw she let out her own deep eerie howl then darted towards the area where the others had come from, or at least she thought so. Icy azure opticals stared straight ahead as deep obsidian pistions pushed her forward through the crisp snow that covered the ground. She wasn't quite sure what to do since the howls came from to different directions, veering to the right she headed towards the brutes call and unfortunatly for her ran right into him. Feeling a bit silly and slightly dizzy she took a step back and stared at him. "My apologies..." She was really confused now, she wasn't sure what to say or do and she simply froze.

Maerd stopped immediatly when the she-wolf bumped into him. He nodded his head politely. "Apologies accepted," He said and smiled. He looked back at the direction from where the other wolf had howled, then turned back to the she-wolf. "Would you like to walk with me, miss?" He asked her. He didn't want to not go meet the other, that'd be rude since he had already replied to her call. He moved his head torward the way he was going and toke a few steps forward.

Nixi nodded softly thinking for a moment. "Of course." She spoke softly, the insanity within her deep icy azure eyes shown through yet for some reason it didn't show in her attitude at the moment. Blinking some she took a step forward her audits perking up a bit as she listened. "I heard the calls and, I thought I would come check it out." she stared ahead as they walked. "I never meant to run into you, well not that way atleast." Thinking a bit she decided to stay silent for now simply wondering what would happen next and who the other voice belonged to.

Maerd looked at her while they walked torwards the other call. He nodded and said, "I understand." He looked down at the snow topped ground. He missed the beautiful flowers. Each one was different and unique. But this wasn't putting him down, there were two wolves in his territory. Excitment ran through him again. He turned abck to the she-wolf and smiled.

"How did you get here?" He asked suddenly. This hadn't crossed his mind before. The Red Forest had stopped other wolves from entering the land. Rumors of a haunted and evil land swarmed around it. Obviously the rumors and forest hadn't stopped these two. Not even the ravine had.
