Game freezing at startup?

Title says it all... game starts to load and freezes in the last minute

either you have V2 or it was installed wrong cause it works for other people

also make sure youre starting a new game not loading a saved game

i have V1 and i mod GTA games a lot, so yeah im starting a new game

same problem for me..i have the v1 downgrader so thats not the problem, and i followed the instructions very carefully

EDIT::I found the problem with mine..just to try it out, i installed the mod WITHOUT the cars, and worked perfectly, so you may have installed the cars wrong

yeah its gotta be the cars. the other file is simple copy and paste if you put it in the wrong place it wont make it crash

I used SAMI to install the cars and worked perfectly, with the exception of lag with my sucky video card...other then that, i love the mod and works great

Tip: Use S.A.M.I to install the car mods.

11 Step Tutorial By Me

Step By Step Tutorial:

1.)Download "WinRar"
2.)Copy the cars out of the original file
3.)Make a new folder and put the car files into the new folder
4.)Right click on the new folder
5.)Click on "Add To Archive"
6.)Launch San Andreas Mod Installer
7.)Click on "Install a mod"
8.)Click on "Zip/Rar File"
9.)Click "Continue)
10.}Name the cars
11.)Enjoy
