Okay people: you need to post pictures of your work, and here's how you can do it.

1) Take pictures of your work using a digital camera

2) Download the pictures onto your computer via USB.

3) If possible, use a simple program to downsize the picture to about 500 px in size. I use Photoshop, but if you don't you can always use this:
http://artweaver.en.softonic.com/

4) Next, get an imageshack, photobucket or flickr account.

http://www.imageshack.us/

I have found Flickr to be the most reliable and fastest, but it's more for uploading pictures into albums than as an image host.

5) After you have uploaded your picture onto the account, search under the image's details for this thing called a DIRECT LINK.

6) On the forums posting screen, click on the IMG button above. Copy and paste the DIRECT LINK into that and you're done!

*** Over large pictures will not show up at all, so keep your pictures small. If you skipped step 3, your image host has a function to supply you with small thumbnails of the picture. Use those instead of the DIRECT LINK.

Have fun! It sounds like alot of work, but, once you've got everything set up, it's a breeze.

Any problems, just post it under this same thread.

If you want to recover your images make a acount but if you are only going to use the site to host the images and don't care if it's deleted, don't make a acount.

I would recommend that you create an account with Imageshack any way. That's because, Imageshack has a nasty habit of deleting images if you don't have an account.

Images start disappearing on their own.

hmm yeah. Making it smaller isn't that important, you can always attach a thumbnail that imageshack provides.

Or you can give us a link to the picture.

But, if you can't download them, how are we gonna see the pictures sad.gif

alright man.. but you're still copying the wrong links. If you copy directly from the navigation bar, it shows the link that you use to view your own pictures.

We can't do that, because we need to log on as your ID.

You need to copy the link that says DIRECT LINK. That will automatically make your picture public for us smile.gif
