1) (Legal) Buy a Japanese cartridge of the game. I have one. Got it on E-bay for $34. 2) (Illegal) Download a Japanese ROM and then apply a FE6 translation patch. I believe Serenes has one of the patches floating around somewhere, although I'm not fond of some of the translation choices they made. As for a ROM, they are illegal, so I can't help you beyond the infamous quote:

It really is too bad that they didn't release an English version. FE6 is (almost) like the sequel to FE7.
