Those are just member groups/ranks... Vets are like good role models or something for others and have been active (pretty) long... but they are still members of FES...
And coolest... umm... well... everybody has own visions of cool person. :| (I don't know you yet so I can't say are you ''cool'' or not... but I don't even care)
