Hi im new to spriting but I really need some tips Im doin a sprite comic and well I
need to know a few things

Program I use: Microsoft paint

whats better it seems preety well not good I made these recolers and stuff with paint

Also how do you use bases and stuff?
is there any like words comonly used in fourms any advice?

There's some tutorials in the General Spriting board, plus there's Merc's Full Custom tut. and CO Raptor's Splicing tut (FESS).

Just don't resize things, and etc. I'm not very good at generalizing. Give me specifics.

ok like you use hector base and stuff how do you change a sprite to make it like that it would really help I dont know how you guys do it

and also what kind of program are there better ones out there then paint?

Do you mean battle sprite or mug?

Better programs: PaintDOTNet, GIMP, Photoshop

MS Paint is best for beginners, though.
