The old Femme Metal Board had a contest where people were voting for some banners that people had made. I took also part on that contest.
So will there be another contest or something? Or is that banner (up there) the winner? --------------------  |

I think discussing the old competition is pointless, not all members who entered are even on this board. If it's really important to people or there is any interest then surely it would be better to just start again with a new banner competition ?? Although I don't see what's wrong with the one we have now personally.

No there's nothing wrong with the banner. I think it's beautiful!
But when more people join this forum, I'm just interested if there will be a new contest cause the old contest didn't have a winner. The forum died before the winner was picked. -------------------- |

Well, this isn't a direct continuation of the old board as such, so the competition isn't still running, but if there is enough interest in one after a while I'm sure someone will create one. |

Well, since not everyone who participated in the last competition isn't here I won't reopen it, even though I do have all the votes and I know who the winner is.
 Although, well.. I don't know where I put the votes. So I guess I don't know the winner.Either way, I'll probably start something up once I'm on holidays  If not, deal with the current banner.. muahahhahahahaha! |

I don't particularly care, most of the banners I disliked pretty much (too much texture and crappy gradients and ughhh) - this one used now is much nicer.
