2) No third party copyright material should be posted. Use links instead of quotes from sources rather than copying the material. Please always use links to images so we all have the choice whether to see them or not. If a member is referring to the content of the post you linked to, please paraphrase or sumarize instead of directly quoting.

3) It is the sole responsibility of each Message Board participant to ensure that the materials she or he posts to a Message Board do not infringe or violate the intellectual property rights, publicity, privacy or other legal rights of others. Your postings will not be reviewed, screened or approved for such violations by Ezboard Disasters.

4) The Ezboard Disasters board cannot review links that may be embedded in Message Board postings and is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any linked materials, whether or not they are affiliated with Ezboard Disasters.

5) No personal or ad hominem attacks. Criticize the ideas, not the person offering the ideas. Everyone has a different opinion, but dismissing those opinions that vary from yours with "You're an idiot" is unacceptable. Posters who continually assault the character of other posters on a regular basis will be banned.

6) No trolling. Don't make inflammatory statements for the simple purpose of riling people up and causing arguments. The key to avoiding being labeled a troll is posting with substance and avoiding personal attacks.

7) We reserve the right to remove or edit content from any part of the message board at any time and for any reason without prior notification. We additionally reserve the right to terminate the user name and password of any person or persons that we deem in violation in fact or violation in the spirit of these terms and conditions for any reason without prior notification.

8) Ezboard Disasters reserves the right to modify these usage terms at any time.

9) Ezboard Disasters is set up as a place to post about discontent over Ezboard or Yuku and their services.
This is a non profit gripe site that also allows some posters to give alternative comments over the posts that might be made - however the main purpose of the board will not be allowed to be disrupted and any poster doing so will be removed.

10) If readers of this board do decide to ask questions in the help forums at Ezboard or Yuku, that's their business. We will not attempt to urge others to post in the forums from this site and don't agree with this - It has to be the individuals decision - and users who do attempt to get others to post there for the sole purpose to troll will be warned or banned from this board.
