Roosevelt is a sweet thing, always concerned with others need before her own. She feels a sense of duty to her fellow man, though she has no clue where it comes from. She is notorious for seeking out people who need help and she is driven solely on the need for personal discovery. She is finds helping people to relax her and make her feel like she belongs somewhere, which never does last long. Rosie has trouble with fitting in and it isn't because people think she is odd or even misleading, but because she doesn't feel it is where she belongs.<p>
Rosie is also the kind of person who loves to show her emotions, no matter who it would appear upon her. She hardly cares what people come to think of her after seeing her get emotional and she often ignores people who make comments about it. She strives to be all she can be and if showing emotion is what help, then she is sure to keep at in. Now, Rosie isn't usually one to quickly loose her temper, but when it happens, it happens fast. She hardly recalls it sometimes, herself, but she does find it heavy on her when it happens. She isn't mean and so she is often stricken with guilt when something ends up happening. She dislikes conflict and usually finds ways to avoid it at all costs.<p>
Rosie is a creative girl and while she is told otherwise, she sees no real talent in herself. She is quite capable of finding the beauty in things, nature, architecture, and just about everything in the world. Her favorite thing above all else is to draw or paint the world around her. She enjoys it when she is about to capture moments that even photographs can't capture. She loves traveling the world and experiencing new experiences. She doesn't have a liking for strange foods or even slimy insects and amphibians. One thing the girl does want is to be able to be at peace with where she is, who she is with and her personal discovery.

Rosie is unique in appearances, fiery red hair, emerald green eyes and pale skin. Her hair lands just below her shoulder blades and has a bit of a curl to it, the color is chemically enhanced. Her emerald green eyes are shaped like almonds and are rather enchanting, betraying her already flamboyant emotions. Her pale skin is not pale for lack of sun, but because she very little pigment in her skin, she burns fairly easily as well. She stands at five feet seven inches and weighs in at one hundred and ten pounds, she is small, but by no means short. Her figure is built thin, but athletically so and she is fairly well proportioned.
