Wow, SBS seems like a very active forum and a great community to be part of. Now, lets start with the member count its really good. Great job on the advertising there. The post count is even better, your members are posting alot. Well done on that, just keep advertising and your board will be one of the best.

The first thing I noticed was the appearance of your forum. The skin is quite nice but I think its time for a revamp, to gain more members. Find a great skin is a gallery at a resource forum, make sure it matches the theme of your forum. Then find some matching graphics to go with your skin. When picking skins are graphics make sure you choose unique colors, like green, orange, purple, gold, silver. A nice skin and graphics will make your forum look much more professional.

The organization of your board is average, this is a ideal layout.

Remember, don't have too many forums. The descriptions on your forum are quite short, try expanding them, make them more descriptive. You have this one for your news forum

Try expanding all of your forum descriptions and your forum will look much more professional like. Also, get rid of the animation for the forum descriptions, it makes the board look very unprofessional.

You seem to have many staff members at your forum, I think you should demote the unactive staff members as you honestly have too many staff members. Half of them do nothing for the forum. Apart from that your staff do quite a good job, why don't you award them with a small gift of a signature. This will not only give staff members a small gift but it will also advertise the forum if they wear the sig at other forums.

To boost up activity a little why don't you have a contest. To boost up your post count you could have a posting contest, they first member to reach up to 100 posts wins a prize of some sort. It could be free advertising on the forum, elite membership, domain or somthing of that sort. Contests will really boost activity at your forum.

Well, just keep advertising, make your board look more professional, have contest ect. Just before I finsh this review, I will pick out some staff and members who I think should be awarded something.

I don't agree with it. I'd say the graphics are really bad.
