Mansion Grounds
The mansion turned school is unsually large competing with many colleges in terms of size. Just as impressive as the school itself are the areas that surround it making it a rather unique location as its surround by a forest, like, and artifical sand garden and plains.

Second Floor
Nearly identical but slightly larger than the first. The second floor holds more of the expensive decorations of the mansion as well as many of the offices and public event rooms.

The Rooftop
Strangly enough, most of the roof is cemented and made as a walk way large enough to hold at least one whole class. A statue rest on the northern end looking over the entrance and around it are four benches in a diamond formation.

Basement
Looking nearly indentical to any other floor the basement is the last stop before discovering the lower level. Most of its rooms are design to help the abilities mutants while cleverly disguised has normal rooms.

Sub-Basement
The final level of the Institue contains all the confidential, high tech equipment and armaments that the X-Men use in their day to day operation. It is a restricted area unless you are accompanied by an X-Man.

Breakstone Lake
A lake that has been on the estate for many years even bordering the actual grounds themselves. There’s a boathouse by the lake’s shoreline. The residents of the mansion have been shown to spend their spare time at the lake every now and then.

Boathouse
A large building built on top of the shore land of the lake. Half the building is submerged under water having stairs and a small pier leading to boats that can be token out onto the lake. A dirt path from the garden leads to this location.

Blackthorn Forest
A large plantation of trees held within the estate that acts like a dark forest. Many students find it a beneficial place to train their varies mutant gifts. Some of the students choose to use it for other activities using its density and little sunlight to cover their acts.

Sand Garden
The sand garden is an artificially created area on the mansion grounds. It was created by removed a section of the forest and grinding the ground until it turned to sand. It is unknown exactly how deep the sand actually is but when compared to the rest of the forest the area only take up a small partition of it.

Plains
A large open plain surrounds the entrance to the school. Tall grass cover the area with a few large boulder size rocks dotting a few spots. Mainly used for training the area is also popular for sports and during the winter as a good spot for snowball fights.

The dormitories for male students are located in a building with four floors on the west side. It size is slightly bigger than the of a normal college dormitory but it comes complete with showers and a gym. All students must be in their rooms after curfew and lights out at 10pm.

Girl's Dormitory

Adult Dormitory
The dorms that belong to adult and faculty members of the school make up the entire third floor of the mansion itself. The are much larger than the normal dorms and are the only ones that allow for members of the opposite sex to room together.

Campus Grounds
The Academy is in effect a high school and college put into one campus. The grounds are extremely large to hold both mutant and non mutants of the various grades that attain it. Many of its location are similar to that of the Xavier Institute but it does differ.

Ground Level
The main building is made up of three floors. The first of which is mainly set for your basic living area such as kitchens and living rooms.

Class Rooms
Every subjects has a building assigned to it which houses classes in every field under it. There are six buildings aside from the main one.

Food Court
Large is only one word that can be used to describe this area. A large under of stairs decend downward into a patio area on both sides allow for extra sitting area. Inside one will fine nearly every time of food they can imagine with fast food thrown in the mix.

Pool House
A large heated Olympic sized swimming rests inside of an equally as impressive pool house. The difference between this and the outside pool other than the size is that this one is used for competitions and practice for the school swim teams. It is only open to the rest of the school when the season is over.

Indoor Sports Arenas
Like the pool the two indoor Arenas are open to the school teams during each sport's season. There are minor practice rooms and even smaller fields that are not only for the asigned sports but can be used for others such as hand ball. However, its whats underneath the largest bui;ding of the school that is the biggest secert.

Not to far from the main building is the campus hospital. It comes fully staff and functions just as a real hospital or as some say even better than the local one.

Citadel Headquarters
The Brotherhood is far bigger than any of the other factions that exist and because of this there are many cells and safe houses for them. The main headquarters is located within the Savage Land's central citadel. Any mutants that are not Brotherhood will find their abilities sealed off due to a machine in the lab.

Upper Levels
The more commonly used entrance his located from a balcony that is directly connected to the main research lab. All the upper levels are what are used more than anything other than the dungeon areas.

The World
A high-tech, self-contained research facility built by Weapon Plus somewhere in rural England. The rate at which time flows within The World can be controlled so that several generations can pass in a matter of months. It is the primary base of Weapon Plus making its location a secret but they have multiple bases world wide.

Testing Grounds
Originally each testing area was broken up into sections. Each subject would be placed within a given section and forced to live out their lives as those in the Watch Station control the passage of time. Recently they have all been interconnected allowing for a more seamless world and greater test results.

Living Quarters
All staff stationed at The World live within it and are not permitted to leave it unless under orders. The agents also kept residence within its walls but they are permitted to live else where as their missions entitle them to such.

The various mutants that appear in The World that the scientists are ordered to 'play' with are brought to one of the many labs in this section. Anything from simple yet painful interrogations to agonizing tests could and will be preformed on them.

Weapons Research and Development
Primarily used to study the various technologies that may emerge in The World as well as create them should the people within fail. Bolivar Trask has been assign to create his newest Anti Mutant Combat Unit better known as a Sentinel. Other experiments also find this to be their birthplace.

Weapon Plus Facilities
Weapon Plus has countless labs, compounds, factories, facilities, storage warehouses, and many other such things scattered across the whole world. Each minor program has its own set given to them and many are in ruin to do a number of issues from experiments escaping straight to S.H.I.E.L.D. itself. Streets
The town of Bayville is located in upstate New York. Its of moderate size but the community is close nit enough so that just about everyone knows each other. Although its location makes it seem like a normal town it actually has some unique locations within and near its limits.

Many apartments, inns, and houses are scattered through out Bayville. Which ever a person prefers will more than likely be open to them if they can pay for it of course.

Park
Bayville park isn't a small one at all. Many of the childern setups are contained in the front of the park with the baseball, soccer, basketball, and an other sports designed to be played in the center. The back is becauses increasingly dense with trees as it leads to the forest and teen make out spot.

Bayville High
The place of many gathers as well as confrontations. Bayville High would be like any other normal high school that praises his jocks over all else if it wasn't for one tiny thing. The mutant to human ratio isn't exactly in favor of the humans.

Alkali Lake
Snow and a think forest have grown and over taken the ruins of a compound that was once used as the Weapon Plus research facility for Weapon X. There is an abandoned dam located not to far away from the compound. At least, its believed to be abandoned.

Savage Land
The Savage Land is a hidden prehistoric land within Antarctica. It is a tropical preserve of unknown origin. The mutant Magneto has setup up a citedal to serve as the Brotherhood's main headquarters. Other than his populated area much of the land remains untamed and devoid of technology leaving its other citizens in an era identical to prehistoric earth complete with the wildlife.
