Erudite

So I've finally comed to the realization that Erudite is dead.
And by dead I mean no member activity, or staff for that matter, not that I blame anyone, for I was away during such a long time.

The question is however, should we stay open or close - up for good?

If we were to remain open, then a complete revamp will be on the way, but that will probably do no good, since no one is ever on here anymore, including myself. XD

What do you guys think?
If we renovate the site with new and active staff members and probably a new admin who're more responsible than me, would you still stay and linger around here?

I still check the site a few times a day, so its sad to see it dying
and I finally got to be a Minor...hah

but if no one is around I dunno :/

I really don't want to see this place close down, but I understand if you decide to. I'm still going to toss the board's link around. Hopefully that will help bring some more peeps around.

I don't want to close this site, to be honest, this was the first board I've admined at, and we have over 250 members, which is an accomplishment!

But I really don't know what to do with erudite, because I hardly have the time to mod @ rcr, let alone managing this site.... High school is really getting to me!

I think I might look for another admin, who's more dedicated and willing to re-vive this site XD

And Meg, I think I just might love you. You've been with us all along and I would miss you horribly if we close down </3

Well Betty, I really think it's up to you.
I think the only way you could really revive the site is a whole revamp, but that would take a lot of effort.
It's pretty clear that a lot of the staff isn't active as well, so maybe have some new staff members that would help and stuff?
I dunno.

yeah Betty.. its all up to you actually.. I wouldnt want the site to close down.. even though I've didnt participate much.. But it would be sad to see a site close down just like that.. I'll miss the place too.

I think I'm going to consider a revamp, but obviously, that's gonna take sometime XD

I will also try to get in touch with any of the staff that are still alive around here, probably just Sofia for the most part as she has just been amazing with keeping stuff updated, she was the only one around here for what, 2 months?

I will definitely have to get her say in this decision

I have not been here at all. I kind of officially stepped down when I made Sofia an administrator. Kas asked me to help out but then he never really spoke of what to do for it. And I didn't really have the time to admin it, since I have my own forums, and I help out A LOT at BLM. And I didn't want to feel like a failure. So, I do not need to be on staff anymore. I do wish you luck with revamping the forum and it's future. I'll be around time to time.

and if you ever need help you can always ask me.

It would be very sad if we had to close Erudite. Maybe a revamp. I think that if we all tried hard and participate more on the challenges and other activities, Erudite would become a different forum. If you need my help with anything Betty just say.

I think we should revamp or something.
this site is too cool for school, and shouldn't be closed down.
think we just need to find something that would could do with the site that other sites don't offer aswell.
every graphics site i see appears to have the same content as every other one ..

I check in ones in a while, but sad that the board is dead.
I would suggest to revamp, let the members know by
sending a newsletter that Erudite is back. Hope for the
best that the activity comes back again.

That is what we are planning to do (:
