I'm Masa Kaneda. I'm Japanese.

I wanna be a translator. I've been learning translation for a while. I've just figured out Manga is quite good for improving my skill.

My favorite mangas are
Yu-Yu Hakusyo
Dragon Ball
Slam Dunk
Dragon Head
Ping Pong Club (Inachu)
Naruto
Capeta

to be honest I didn't read much mangas since year 2000, apart from Capeta and Naruto and few others. Though I used to read lots of mangas when I was a school kid.

Welcome to the group! You should have staff access now.

thanks!

50% done for the translation of Capeta v13c1. It's hard but so fun to do it, coz I love that manga and also being a big motorsports fan (F1 mostly)

BTW, is there any particular rule for translation of manga, text format, etc...?
or any tips for me?

Somethings I know is 1) sentences must be fit to the space in the bubble so that you need to avoid a long one. 2) avoid words that most people don't know.
