Elfen Lied chapter 107

Best manga I've ever read, though I've only read 2. Thanks a lot for taking the time to translate and all of that stuff you do

Um, those of you who wrote those weird things under SPOILERS have been misinformed...

Kaede was the name of his childhood friend who Lucy killed, along with his dad. Kaede is not Nyuu's other name. On the final page, "Kaede!! What's wrong with you?" is spoken by one of the twins standing there. Kaede, his daughter, who shares the name of his childhood friend AND also seems to call herself Nyuu, as a nickname perhaps. Finally, I think Kaede is the one who tells the twins that they are there, waiting for an important friend, just like her dad just told her.


...And then that's it.

Guy above me, you are mixing the characters Kaede with Kanae, the latter is Kohta's sister and Kaede is what Lucy calls herself.

The twins at the end seem to be some sort of reincarnation of Lucy's split personalities.

Btw Thanks EA for the releases. The anime ending was abrupt and unsatisfying. I've seriously been waiting 2 years for this.

I finally got around to finishing this and I'm surprised and pleased to see it actually has a good ending!!! I will have to re-read the whole series another time, the plot is quite complex. Thank you so much for the translation. :)

I just wanna say TNX, TNX, TNX so much for the remarkable work you guys didi translating Elfen Lied.
I recently finished watching the anime, and when I heard there was more matterial in the manga, I went crazy looking for it. You really did some awesome work with Elfen Lied's manga. Too bad it had to end... one of the most brilliant animes/manga I've ever seen since I began watching animes!!!

[COLOR=gray][SIZE=1]From what these people have posted, Kaede is Lucy. I barely understood what this meant until i reread chapter 107 -_-. Anyway, I believe it is Nyuu(Kouta's duaghter) that says "Kaede! What's wrong with you!?" because she does say she plays with the "twins" who i believe to be Lucy and her split personality, Nyuu. And since they both look the same it does make more sense. I think she also said the rest of the lines involving them waiting for a friend. Thus ending the manga.

I got to say this is one of my favorite mangas i've ever read
