Clothing Style: White or pastle flowing dresses, adorns herself in gold jewelery.
Distinguishing Fetchers: Nothing really, as she looks like most other elf's.

Overall Appearance: Celestine has long light blond hair, which flows down to her waist. She has chin lagenth bangs that hang on rather side of her face. She keeps her hair down most of the time, tough on special ocstions she puts it up. Her eyes are a light blue that shine like pools of spring water in the sun. Her face is smooth and flawless all but a small scar on the left side of her chin which was given to her by her sister when they where younger, tough you have to look very close to see it.

Her lips are full and poutey. Like most elf's she is tall and thin tough she does have curves. Her skin is pale but it has a nice healthy glow to it. No matter where she goes or what she looks like she always holds and elegant and regal look about her. She can normally be seen in flowing white dresses or pastel colors, and adorns herself in gold jewelery.

Overall Personality: As a ruler Celes is fair and kind. She believes in giving everyone a second chance and thinks theres good in everyone. She never judges anyone right away and tries listens to both sides of the story before making a destions. She can also be tricked at times, when she fells it's for the better of things. As a friend Cele's is loyal and true. When around them she acts like a normal kid (still being young in elven terms) She likes nothing better then playing around in the gardens or having a ball. Some times she likes to sneak out if the castle and live like a normal person, of cores her guards disapprove every much. But she always has Helios to keep her safe.

Growing up as a princess she had every thing she ever wanted so she is spoiled and vain. She is aware of her looks and does like to spend money on buying her self pretty things. At times she can also be stickup esapauly is she wants her way or thinks she's right about some thing. She is also very suborn, and can not be told other wise if her mind is set one something. Tough her flaws barley every get in the way of ruling her people, for they always come first.

Overall History
Celestine was born to the previous ruler of Fairwin and his wife.

The children grew up very privileged life's as princess. While they where twins they where different at night an day. Celestine was fair and light hearted as Adelaida was dark and mysterious. Still they did get along for the most part, tough they did fight like most siblings and Adelaida liked to push Celestine around.
