Ediago Vor rules the lands that are in and surround Bulgaria, Durmstrang amongst that following, his reign is one of hate and rivalry with Voldemort as they fight for the power of the entire European continent, his followers, The Windigos, they control the population by manipulation rather then force, brain washing everyone into following them.

Percival Blanch and his peaceful followers known only as Peace, rule most of Russia and the Netherlands, trying to bring peace to the rest of the nations, he alone stands for the forces of good.

Carmen Dega, the lone female in all of this rules her small but powerrful mercenary group in Italy, siding with whomever pays the best and holds no loyalties to anyone but herself and her followers yet somehow commands respect above most of the others, including Voldemort.

And they are all competing for the three sister schools, Durmstrang, Beauxbatons, and Hogwarts, the students are their prey, whom will you side with? Or will you rise with a following of your own?
