I recently just started taking the time to learn to cook, and I can make a mean chicken parmesan. Maybe if I have more time I'll learn other things.

My sister likes to do that sometimes, make random things with random "ingredients".
The dog wouldn't even eat her last little concoction.

I made chocolate chip cookies the other day. There's nothing like a fresh warm cookie straight off the cooling rack.
Thorn, here's the recipe. I got it off the internet, somewhere, but I forgot where. It's really good. I took a while to reply because I'd forgotten where I put it, sorry.
1/3 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (2 lb.)
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
6 oz. Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 6 slices
PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs in pie plate or shallow dish. Dip chicken in butter, then in cheese mixture, turning over to evenly coat both sides.
Place in 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
BAKE 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Top each breast with 2 Tbsp. of the spaghetti sauce and 1 cheese slice. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

I had Cooking 4 hours per Week for about one year at school  Could have been fun if there weren't so many theories about it and if we didn't have this teacher (  ) who was talking all the time... But I still like cooking at home :)

I love cooking. I have done some youth programs on how to cook(I mean was taught in them). I made these somewhat garlic, soft(not crunchy), breadsticks( that I learned at the class) at a superbowl party within 10 or 15 minutes they were gone with about 8 or 9 people there.
