Partnership and Merging with GS

I've been thinking of merging DK with GS (look at the links at the bottom of the main forum page).

It think it'd benefit both of us because it'll raise activity and it will help with our game coverage.

On a more obvious note, we're both dying and need reviving.

Also, I'll check with other forums in our affiliate list (because I know most of the admins and mods personally).

We need people to help with this major reformation.

I'm too lazy to join another forum just for that.

Either make an entirely new board, or just add topics from one to another. State that you have moved to a new site on one of the forums, and have all the members join the new one. Disable the unused board to ensure that people move.

Hmm... Not a bad idea, and I'm sure Koji won't refuse an opportunity like this. Until it's decided, now I'm unsure whether it's a good idea to unleash the summer layout or not.

Also, I'm unsure of doing ANYTHING fun, due to everyone's inactive and the fact that I wasted time from all this planning just to get this place active. Sorta rant-ish, but that's how I feel.

Well, to tell the truth.I think there's a problem regarding the whole forum/website for this and why is there no people joining. I will try and explain in best I can cuz I can't explain stuff ._.
No one really joins forum that doesn't have a um... "Main course".
People usually join forums that are "fan" of something? Like,
If website is art based, many people will join for the art.

but this forum is abit scattered, for me it is hard to tell what this forum is "about", : ] but it's just for chatting right?

So I think it also leads to the website.
Either one of you needs to make the website more appealing and direct it to one main thing, or it'll just take a long time(?)

well, unless you're really just have this forum for personal friends and not people randomly from the internet... >.>;

Nah, it's okay. You're right anyway, and between you and me, I can't explain things well either...

I guess you can say I'm the type of person who works hard, but doesn't get much of the positive effort. And as far as layout making for this place goes, I got enough other things to do before. So, I kinda have a tight schedule. ^^;;; Like a fanfiction that some people wanted me to update in another forum, or plan a site with someone else. So, I'm afraid this place will have to wait a little longer. XD But hey, I got a week left of school, and I'm off on May 31st for summer vacation. That is, also, the day of my anime fansite that I'm making. So, in order to make this early, I kinda need some plannings from certain people.

But I can't be certain it's likely to happen, I mean, we need to plan this out first.

And as for mentioning "just personal friends" on a forum and not internet friends, it kinda makes me feel, well... not fitting in since I've seen a lot of personal friends in real life and I'm the only one who lives far away. Now now, I'm not saying I hate it; I like you guys. XD But, I just feel uncomfortable, like I'm different.

Now, to plan on getting a certain lazy puppy to start planning with me. >>;;;

*swats hand* Heck no, this isn't for 'personal real life frieinds'. Heck, Dragon is the only one who lives in my area on the forum ;;;;

Anywho... the Golden Sun, Tales, SSB, Kingdom Hearts, Fire Emblem Themes might do this forum some good. Though, it may get more active as SSBB draws closer.

Then hopefully you'll have the main website have like SSBB guides/faqsor w/e things like that to attract people : ] or they'll just flutter to sites that has them and usually, those sites have forums too ;~;
