Alright, so, like I posted about this morning, something Cloud and I had been considering is a restart of the game and after discussing it with both Cloud and Nobi throughout the day and getting most of your opinions on it, we're going to officially go through with the restart.

What does this mean? Well, here's what the restart of the game will be like:

The game will have a new setting in which it will now take place in the Marvel Cinematic-verse. What this means is that all of the plots of the Avengers and the movies leading up to it, the new Spider-man movie, Daredevil, Fantastic Four, and the first X-Men movie happened and can be referenced. ("Oh man do you remember when Iron Man fought that guy in Milan?!" and stuff like that) Marvel characters will not be available for play in game though. What we will allow is for them to be referenced as family if you want to take that route, but you need to drop one of us a PM and tell us your plan before hand. (For example, this time around Blaine is going to be the son of Tony Stark but he doesn't live with Tony; he's the product of a one night stand and was adopted by his mom's husband when she got married a year later after sleeping with Tony. So Tony isn't really apart of Blaine's life, just his biological father.) Cloud and I discussed it at lunch today and the restart will begin in August of 2012 with the start of the new school year at all of the schools.

Any characters that you are keeping or bringing back into the game need to have their profiles revamped and put into the new template. So if you have any changes to the histories you want to make, the personality, etc, make them and put all your information into the new template that I made, assuming your character didn't already have that template to begin with.

Since this is a restart and we're not going off any of the Glee canon, you can feel free to do what you please with your character. They can be ages 14-19 for the time being, spanning from Freshman to College Freshman and can go to any of the schools that you wish. (Dalton, Crawford, McKinley, or Ohio State University.)

As I said in the original post with the idea, all three high schools will be located in Westerville, Ohio to allow for more potential interactions and OSU will be located in Columbus as per real life.

Please take the next few days or so to gather up the character profiles of those you are keeping and start revamping them and if you have any questions about anything whatsoever, please feel free to contact us at any point in time. Starting tomorrow I'm going to begin revamping the boards for the restart. (Also, please note that ALLLLL of the current threads will be put into the archive so we are not deleting anything from this past year and a half. It'll all be accessible still in the archive/through the search/through member accounts. C: )
