Merlotte's Bar & Grill Owned by Sam Merlotte, this bar is a popular meeting place for the residents of Bon Temps. As the only bar in town, Merlotte's has become the central point for many events in Bon Temps. Boasting a limited, but decent menu, Merlotte's is a fine place to drink. The bar has a bad track record with waitresses and is known to be an equal opportunity employer. |

Breathers and fangbangers are welcome, but at their own discretion. Biting and feeding is not permitted on the premises, but accidents can happen. |
