Welcome! This is a brand new, fresh out of the oven intermediate site. It's kind of an alternate universe, in the sense that the events of Chain of Memories and KH II HAVE happened, but the characters have gone back in time, so these things haven't happened yet. So will they? It's up to you to decide!
For more information, please read the plot. Take a look around and see if you like the site. Be sure to read the important topics (links conviently on the left of this) to make sure this is the site for you. Just remember this is supposed to be fun; a little bit of effort is really all that we ask for. So just poke around and if you have something to say (even as a guest) feel free to do so. Guys, if you have the muse, don't hesitate to post! Thanks, and welcome again! By the way, WE NEED A KAIRI AND A SORA. PM RIKU IF YOU WANT TO APPLY Oh, and be sure to tell your friends about us!

Unlike most worlds, this one had a specific place for gummi ships to land. Sora was annoyingly glad for that; usually he had to find some open area to land and on most planets that was unbelievably irritating. So he landed easily...for him, at least. Perhaps it was just easy compared to rougher terrain. The gummi room was very cool in the lad's eyes. Easy to land in and so big! So many gadgets and gizmos, he wanted to know what they all did. Instead he took the stairs to the gardens. After all, he wasn't here to play with nifty gadgets, he was here to find Donald and Goofy or Kairi or Riku. Maybe they would all be here! That was a stretch, but who knew? Stranger things have happened (such as being pulled out of his destroyed world and finding out he was the chosen one for the Keyblade).
The further he went the more familiar this place seemed. As he pushed the double doors upon he came upon a large, colorful garden with many leaf sculptures. In fact he came out of a castle one. Sora felt he should be surprised and astounded by this but he wasn't, as if he were used to it. Raising an eyebrow he continued on, heading into the large, white castle. Everything was familiar and it was so frustrating that he couldn't remember why! The dimly lit stairway, the long hall, the throne room behind the extremely large double doors, and even the throne far across the room. Half way down he paused, glancing at the door. 'How'd I know there was a little door there?' He wondered, wrinkling his nose a bit.
So many dejavu moments. Was it just him? No, Sora had that edgy feeling that something was going on. Shouldn't it be strange that there are no Heartless in this world? Well, it wasn't. As he came to a stop in front of the throne he placed his chin in his hand, brows furrowed as he tried to think of something. Nothing he could think of could explain these weird familiar feelings. "It's gotta be something." Sora muttered to himself. Maybe if he found the others then they could tell him something. That seemed like a stretch, too, though.

From one of the few shadows from this world, a young boy stood silent. Roxas watched the other boy exit the gummi ship. Normally he was not one to become curious over some random stranger. Unless the stranger was suspicious or appeared dangerous, that is. Other than the odd feeling he was receiving, though, the dark haired boy seemed normal. In fact, he did not seem like he was a problem at all. However, in this case, he found himself staring. Who in the world was this boy? Wearing the hood atop his head, he watched carefully. It would not be a good idea to simply pop out and begin questioning him. In truth, he felt some sort of barrier between himself and the other. There was also an unnerving suspense. And why did this guy look so much like him...? Frowning slightly, from beneath the safety of his cloak, he could not help but wish for answers. The blond hated not having the security of knowledge. Even so, he had to touch upon such feelings all the time, as the Organization never felt the need to tell him anything.
Roxas returned from his thoughts. Glancing back to the spot where the boy had stood, he became wide eyed. He was gone?! Looking back and forth, spikes of hair flew randomly. The only thing that comforted him was the fact that the gummi ship, of which the brunette had appeared from, was still there. At least he had not left the planet. Still...- Tapping his finger against his chin, he tried to figure out where the other could have disappeared to. And noticing the stairs, he quietly jogged up. The overwhelming feeling sparked him forward. Even though this world did not fit his tastes, as there was no darkness, he did feel slightly uncomfortable. Not being near his other Nobodies was awkward and a tad scary. But there were also no heartless. That was a good thing. Stepping out into the garden, he paused. This place was...- How could he describe it? There were so many variables to choose from. The odd garden was curious, odd, weird, and interesting. Overall, however, it was beautiful. But of course the young lad was quickly focused back upon the boy, of whom was already heading off again.
This time he would not lose him! Raising a fist, he grinned to himself. It was his own encouragement. Following the boy this time, he got the idea that the other knew his way around. It was more than obvious that he could find things on his own. The castle did not really seem familiar to Roxas, though. In truth, thinking about it, he knew that he would probably get lost on his own. But his leader easily showed him the way. When they reached two large doors, it seemed as if the brunette had fallen upon something in his own mind. To him, it looked as if the other boy was contemplating something. But the other quickly moved on, entering the room behind the large doors. And Roxas followed. Once inside, he tried to hide within the edges and shadows in the room. After all, he still had no reason to be caught just yet. The Superior would probably slaughter him if he was found so easily. Hell. The Superior most likely did not want him wandering off and finding other people. Still, because of curiosity, and the fact that this certain boy caught him somehow, he could not turn away. He was caught by the other's light, just like an insect...-

Either he was too dense to get that 'I'm being followed' feeling, or too wrapped up with all the familiar occurances. Perhaps both. In any case, the spikey haired kid remained unaware of the other's presence. Sora simply continued down the long hall, though the only thing in here seemed to be a throne. Why was the room so dang big when all there was in here was a simple throne? As warm and inviting as the place was, it was all very strange.
It really wasn't until Sora came up to the throne, leaning around it as if looking for something, that he felt like he wasn't alone. He simply tried to ignore the feeling and concentrate and trying to see if there was anything else around. When that nagging in his mind insisted he turn around, he straightened with a slight huff. Surely he could convince himself that he had not, in fact, been here and he had not been followed. Yet when he finally did scan the room he noticed a dark figure in one of the few shadows. So, he really had been followed?
"Who's there?!" He suddenly exclaimed, calling upon his Keyblade and taking a fighting stance. "Show yourself, whoever you are!" Well, perhaps he was too quick to assume it was a heartless or some cocky villain, but the last time some dark figure hid in the shadows from him it really did end up to be a bad guy. [ ooc;; rukidding? your post is perfect. heh, i'm still new at canons so you'll have to put up with my dinky little posts fer now ]

Finally the other boy glanced back towards him. Immediately surprised, in truth, he tried to fall farther back into the shadows. Of course his attempt was proven useless as the brunette began barking out questions and orders. Roxas flinched slightly. He was unnerved about the sudden reaction by the boy. After all, he had been randomly staring at objects a moment ago, apparently content with doing so. Or at least he had seemed content with just looking around. And he had shown no signs of knowing of another presence. Great...just great He thought, mentally punching himself. He should have been more careful.
Roxas did not comply with the first set of words. He could not simply give away his name. After all, he had already done so with one girl, Yuffie. Personally he found that in itself to be a problem. But he could not change the past. He could only make better decisions in the future. So, stepping out from the shadows, he decided to remain silent. He did not know what to say. I mean, what the hell do you say after randomly following someone!? The room’s length really had not taken effect until now. Stopping about half way down the room, he was still a good distance from the other. And the effect really did make him feel a tad more comfortable.
Of course he could have noticed it before. Then again, he had been slightly shocked by everything. However, now closer, he easily noticed the recently summoned weapons. From beneath the cloak, the blond quickly took up a shocked look. A...keyblade? Who was he, anyway?! Roxas did not know what to think. Even so, he continued to simply watch the other boy. "Who are you?" The question came out with a curious, yet angered tone. In truth, he had not answered the brunette’s question, so how he planned for the other to answer his own was actually rude. But he was unsure of what to say or do at the moment.

The figure stepped out, clad in a black cloak. Well, that certainly wasn't suspicious. Sora raised an eyebrow, a rather skeptical look crossing his features. Why in the world (especially a world as full of light and purity as this one) would someone be lurking in the shadows in a dark cloak? It made no sense, really. Maybe he was a spy? That would make sense. Why spy on him, though? Duh, you're Sora, the Keyblade Master! The brunette told himself. Well, maybe asking would help.
Then the cloaked stranger stopped, quite aways down the hall but still in hearing distance. Before Sora could continue his plunge of questions, the other spoke. "Who are you?" Hmph, that was what he was going to ask. And why did this boy (the voice clarified his gender and sounded fairly young, around his own age) sound so angry. He didn't even answer his first question! Swinging his Keyblade to rest on his shoulder, he puffed out his chest a bit before responding.
"I'm Sora. Who are you and why are you hiding in the shadows?" He asked, sea blue eyes locked on the figure. Yet something didn't make much sense. If this guy was spying on him, wouldn't he know who he was? How weird. Maybe if he found out who this stranger was he'd find the answer to that.

The soft sound of the other’s keyblade swinging through the air made his insides turn. At first he expected that he was going to attack. However, watching, he noticed the boy was merely resting it upon his shoulder. Though he would never admit it to anyone, especially not one of his comrades, Roxas mentally released a breath of air; he had been nervous. But why was he so cautious around this specific person? After all, he would normally just run in and fight. The apparent reason was that he too had a keyblade. On the other hand, the gesture of the boy’s puffed chest oddly made him relax. Personally he thought the act was somehow funny. Being his stoic self, though, the blond remained silent, not even hinting at laughter. Though he had been startled by the sudden appearance of another keyblade, he was no where near frightened.
Sora... The name felt eerily familiar. No matter how hard he tried to remember, he only came up with emptiness. It felt like the knowledge was too distant to reach. Nevertheless, he knew that it had to be somewhere. Even so, he could not just stand there trying to regain lost memories...or whatever it was. He needed to worry more about how to answer Sora’s question. I mean, he really did not feel comfortable saying it to him. Then again, had not the brunette already told him his name? Sighing, he remained silent for as long as possible, deliberating. He had to figure out what would be worse: being impolite, or being horribly tortured by Xemnas or any of the others in the Organization? Wow. That really was a difficult choice. Not so much. The Superior always had terrifying and difficult tortures. Also, many of the other eleven had their own eery tactics.
“Number XIII.” He spoke calmly, giving no hint of emotion. Inside he was patting himself on the back, grinning. Roxas had handled that perfectly, landing safely for both sides. Thankfully he had not given his true identity, but he had also given Sora some kind of introduction or alias. “As for being in the shadows... Well, isn’t that what you do when you are trying to secretly follow someone?” The boy tried to act cocky with his words, grinning. Not that it had not been the truth. He had been following the other keyblade wielder. His grin faded, though, as he became curious again. “Seeing as I answered your question, however, I get to ask another, right?” His eyes rested once again upon the legendary weapon. Then he raised one arm. A slight emotion of anger ached at him. Why did he also have them? Keeping his voice calm, he pointed at the keyblade. “Why...do you have a keyblade?”

What was it with mysterious figures? This one was silent for some time, causing the brunette to ponder. All he asked was a name, so why was this guy so quiet? Right, the mysterious cloaked figures never came out with an answer, unless it was some weird jumbled riddle. Sora raised a brow as the silence continued, ready to speak up again. Luckily, the stranger replied.
“Number XIII.” Right, there was never a straight answer. "Your name is a number?" It couldn't be. The guy must be trying to play with his mind or something. Free hand on his hip, Sora tipped his head to the side, watching Number XIII with an odd look on his face. “As for being in the shadows... Well, isn’t that what you do when you are trying to secretly follow someone?” Finally, a straight answer! Shame it was what Sora had suspected. Sadly enough, he had no response for it. He opened his mouth a bit, as if to respond, yet nothing came so he just sealed his lips with a slightly frustrated frown.
Then he spoke again, words that confused the lad once more. “Seeing as I answered your question, however, I get to ask another, right?” XIII raised a hand, as if indicating to something. “Why...do you have a keyblade?” That was his question? What an odd inquiry. Then again, this entire situation was strange. "'Cuz, I'm the Keyblade Master." There was a bit of pride in his voice as he spoke, which wasn't uncommon now, it seemed. Being chosen was quite the self esteem boost.
Yet now he had to wonder: why did this guy care? How did he know about the Keyblade, anyways? Who the hell was this guy?! Sora narrowed his eyes, blue irises locked on the cloaked figure. "Why do you want to know?" The question exchange would continue, it seemed.

The darker haired male seemed to be surprised about his answer. Of course Roxas had known that saying a number was not the best way to go about things. On the other hand, he was unsure if the Superior would take it kindly of him just popping his name out to any random strangers. After all, was that not what their uniforms were designed for? Mentally beating himself, he hated not being able to tell the other. The brunette’s actions and returning questions concerning the matter made him slightly embarrassed. It was only natural to want to show off one’s name. At his second response to the other’s questions, though, the other male became oddly silent. From even the past few minutes of talking with him, he already thought the boy would never become silent. And even though he did not speak, he did motion his as if he was preparing to. A small grin appeared upon his face at his frown.
Roxas remained silent for what personally seemed like forever. He was unsure of how to respond to the title. The....Keyblade Master...? The blond was obviously confused as to what in the world was going on. How could the other have the keyblade? He had the keyblades, right? At first all he felt was confusion and curiosity. However, picking out the other’s tone of voice, he rolled his eyes under the black hood. It was more than apparent that the other boy was proud of himself. He saw it as overly proud, to be honest. Even so, he did not feel the need to mention anything in return at the moment. Not that he did not feel the slight need to defend himself. He truthfully wanted to boast about the fact too, like any normal boy. Still, he tried to force and suppress the feelings.
“Curiosity.” He said calmly, letting one hand rest against his right hip. Knowing that the short answer would most likely not be enough, the blond stared silently towards him. In the end, he decided upon one action. He would not remove the hood, nor would he state his real name. However, there was one thing that he could do - he hoped - that would not give him away. Besides, it would also release the annoying feeling of needing to prove himself, of which was becoming oddly more and more important as the time dwindled on. Raising both of his hands slowly into the air, he stopped as his hands reached around his shoulders. Sparkles of light formed against either hand. When the orbs disappeared, two keyblades rested against the boy’s palms, oathkeeper and oblivion.
