Alright, so this being my first entry in this journal, allow me to introduce myself *lowers voice* not that anybody's ever going to hear these recordings. God I love computers, absolute fucking godsend.

Anyway, my name is Adrian, and I'm a demon, and that is not bullshit. I am honest-to-gods, one hundred percent quality charonte. I'm roughly fifty thousand years old and I'm damn near invincible in this day and age. Anybody need a bodyguard? *snickers*

Anyway, this is my little journal, I'll probably record something every other day and attach pictures to the relevant recordings. At the moment however, I'm craving the taste of my woman so I'll add something later.

*the sound of a sigh as someone settles into a chair*

Okay, so this is the second of my little recordings, and I must say that at least I’ve got something interesting to talk about. One of my dance students, Marie, was acting rather strange this week. She kept asking to take my photo, saying it was for some college project. She even asked for holiday snaps. As if I had any. I gave her a photo of me lying on a beach that some Jamaican tourist took of me not long after I escaped. I tell you, I was really pissed when they did, but I figured let them have the photo so long as I got a copy. Now Marie has it for her project.

I’ll have to get her to show the project to me when it’s done.

On another note, Althea’s being as stubborn as ever, refusing to stay out of harm’s way in any way she can. I swear I love how tough and confident she is, but I really wish she’d listen to me on this. I seriously don’t know what I’d do if she died, probably try and get killed myself. I could always slash my own throat with my claws but… Yeah.

Or I could try and storm Kalosis and hope the other Charontes tear me apart, but I doubt it. There are ways of subduing demons, the most effective of which is sheer force of numbers, which Stryker has. How I hate that scumbag. I respect what he’s capable of, and his loyalty to his men, but I would give up anything but Althea or my freedom to tear a nice, deep, hole in the scumbag. Hell, I may even sacrifice my freedom for that. After all, I could always escape again. But could I escape soon enough to see Althea again? I don’t know…

Fuck. Things are so damned complicated now. I love Althea so much, but she’s made everything so much harder, even though it’s better. Is that even possible?

*another sigh*

I… *a slight catch in the voice* I just know something bad is going to happen to her and I won’t be able to stop it. I haven’t slept in a week again and even when I did I had a nightmare of me being dragged back to Kalosis as Stryker’s men fed from her. *the voice hardens* I swear I’ll kill ANYONE who touches her, freedom be damned.

*the voice noticeably deflates and a sigh is heard*

Oh well. On that note, I’m signing off, Marie just showed up for another lesson. She wants to learn the tango, and funny thing, for once I don’t want to be that close to a woman. Perhaps if I think of Althea it won’t feel so wrong to be pressed against another woman…

I’ll probably make a recording in a couple of days, but now I’m signing out.
