So I like to base most things I write in some kind of science. I've been doing this since I learned about Suspension of Disbelief a few years back. I find that if there is too much S.O.D then the story is just not believable any waay. I've started this to see if people could base some creatures in Science ie: Mermaid and Vampire.

So basically if the creature was real what would it really look like?

Let's start with a Mermaid. Anyone want to start?

A mermaid would look like a manatee (is totally going to be a historian about this)
