<p>"zombies? you've got to be kidding me." <br><br>

this is teri anna jo, a girl of many things. she's steadily unpredictable, impatiently tolerant, and consistently reckless, making her a hell of a package of walking, talking contradictions. her most prized possession is her baby pink scooter (named blue, ironically), which shines brighter than a baby's bottom under her care and now sits in the mall parking lot waiting for her to take it on crazy adventures...and adventures there will be! the mall makes teri a little stir-crazy, so she frequently sneaks out of the mall and, thus far, has been winning the gamble of staying alive. not that she's been fighting any zombies at all - she's got a great set of nails (ah, the pluses of working in a salon) and a feisty nature to boot, but she looks like she weighs about the same as a wooden bat, and the kick back from a shotgun might just knock her over completely. <br><br>

but the long and short of it is that teri doesn't like this head-in-the-sand business. the girl can't seem to keep still, and the thought of someone potentially pilfering her scooter as it sits unattended-to makes her want to flip tables hulk-style. regardless, whether outside or inside, she's up for the challenge of staying alive - question is, are you? </p>

</div>
<br><br>
<div style=" width: 200px; height: 200px; overflow: auto; padding: 10px; background-color: #ffffff; font-size: 9px; color: #666; font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; border-bottom: #f1ab99 5px solid; text-align:justify;">

<b>FRIENDS</b><br>
___teri is as loyal as a dog once you've befriended her - and trust me, it's not that hard to do. she's talkative as hell (prone to yammering on and on), approachable, loves a good joke, and instinctively cracks a smile even if you've just said the most awkward thing in the world. she's sweet as pie and gets excited pretty easily, just like a kid, so it's easy enough to keep her spirits up. since she's an orphan and has been supporting herself for several years now, she doesn't like to depend on others and, due to recent zombie-developments, would prefer if others didn't become too attached to her either; after all, she wouldn't want someone to hesitate to put her out of her misery if she ended up zombified. but that's another thing about teri - she's a pro at acting tough and cocky when she wants to, but really she's a big ol' softy that doesn't know when to give it up. <br><br>

<b>ENEMIES</b><br>
___ why would you hate on her? that's...that's just mean. D: teri says a lot of things she regrets sometimes. she's especially feisty if you rub her the wrong way or do something to offend her. since she's so pale, she flushes ruby red when caught off-guard or embarrassed, so to cover up for this, she tends to poke back hard enough to make you think twice about doing it again. she really tries not to take things to heart and isn't much for angst or drama, but she'll be the first on the offense if a fight is what you're looking for; however, whether or not she's anything more than harmless is debatable.<br><br>

<b>LOVER(S)</b><BR>
___ i'm going to stick up a want ad for the remy character mentioned many times in teri's app, but they were never actually romantically involved. there's certainly potential there, but teri's a free agent until further notice. this category's open to suggestions, but nothing too X-rated because...err, teri's still a virgin and is actually innocent enough to still be mortified when she walks into a bathroom stall and sees penises drawn on the walls in sharpie.

i. love. her. she's adorable and spunky and i love her. and yes. this is beau - he's less than adorable and more than spunky. let's just say he can probably put those bathroom walls to shame withing five minutes of talking to her. with her being stuck in the mall, i dunno how much could be done unless she came out, and if she wanted to i'd be happy to offer him up for a thread. (or he could sneak into the mall to loot, idk, i just want ploootsss.) but yeah. idk. i think they have some in common history wise, namely in that they're both so independent and without their parents (beau ran away from his dad when he was 15). there's a major age difference but hey, maybe that could be a big part of it. she could probably manage to soften him up a bit too. idk, i can just see him calling her kid and trying to keep her at arms length.

and beau is so badass that even teri has to respect him for it, even if she's too busy looking for new ways to grate on his nerves and make him feel sorry for his ass-hat (oh yes she would so call him an ass-hat) behaviour to ever admit to anything that might actually compliment the guy. i would totally loveee to thread these two sometime, and it wouldn't matter where because teri's so busting her way out of the mall the moment she finds a weapon that she won't end up backfiring on her somehow. (she's thinking pepper spray? but she doesn't want to get close enough to use it D:) and the age diff is so okay, because teri's going to be like a kid sister to beau, even if he never asked for one and sure as hell doens't need one right now. : D ilu for posting, btw!

MAGDALENA LEEUWENHOEK - March 20, 2012 06:47 PM (GMT)
HIII! Ninja here to wring characters forward to play with.

Firstly I've Mags here. Militant, cautious, adaptive. Head honcho for the mini militia of sorts in the mall. Was once known as the bloody bride for a few weeks when the virus hit but she moved past the state of being sorry and grabbed the apocalypse by the balls, taking it her responsibility to shape people up for the rough times ahead. She's CIA, that's hushed and was to be married to a terrorist for her mission. Anyways, this woman has fitted into roles most of her life and isn't so sure who she is anymore. That's why maybe she's comfortable in the idea of being a proactive leader and advocates for change in the sense of fighting back and the like.

In regards to Teri, she'd keep an eye on her. She does this with most of the girls, finding that with the sudden upheaval of the virus they're at most vulnerable but I think with Teri it'd be more because she's worried the girl would get herself into trouble. She makes it a point of rallying people to her cause at times, but she's no politician. The invite to learn to survive, arm themselves would always be open even if she stopped asking after her first invitation.

Mags tends to be an actions speak louder than words to those who keep a distance but for a select few, she creaks her door open and let a toe of them in to see who she really is. Anyways rambles aside...

I also have Percival Rogers. He's 17, boy genius, Korean-American and socially awkward but so at much anymore to girls. He's with the Lost Boys but feel free to decline or reshape with whatever I throw. Again with Percy and Teri, they come from the same community? Or that his mother often frequented where she worked at, sometimes Percy would wait for his mother or something on their mother son dates. It's a given that before, he tends to make a fool of himself by being himself but in the backdrop of the apocalypse, he's found his role of go to guy. A walking encyclopedia of survival and other facts, Percy is a dime in a dozen whose gone through the death of family, friends, unrequited love and all that.

I think they'd be good friends.

Then there's also Eden Fernandez. She's nineteen but had to stay behind in high school to redo her senior year after her family's company bankruptcy. Anyways she's a high society gal, a reverse Cinderella fallen from grace and quite bitter because of it. She could've also frequented Teri Jo's workplace and maybe even caused a scene or something to leave a sturdy impression of the rich brat she is. She's quite elitist and somewhat prejudiced but she's not as bad as five months ago. Living on a boat did her some good in taking away bits of her poison. :)

I've a few others too Welshman bastard of a Duke Isaiah Briggs, Abraham Seiler, my mischievous Jew whose soulmate with a prankster and Ursola Moliakalaniikeola, black widow, crazy psychopath, former ballerina. That is all. <3

<center> NINJA'S BABIES & TERI </center><P>

<div style=" width: 250px; padding: 10px; background-color: #ffffff; font-size: 9px; color: #666; font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; border-bottom: #484440 5px solid;">

i admire mags, and i think teri would too. teri's not a feminist, but seeing mags organizing things and actually looking for a way to fight back would easily be enough to earn teri's respect. if mags did offer to give teri some help with learning self-defense, she'd probably laugh pretty hard, because the idea of her fighting anything bigger than an ant is a comedy all on its own. at the same time, i think teri would give her offer some serious thought and probably end up taking her up on it, partially out of curiosity as to what exactly someone as tiny and breakable as her could do to fight off a zombie successfully, and partially because she figures it'll add to her survivability rate in these crazy times. so, if mags has any ideas about that, teri will be happy to hear them. <br><br>

teri would like percival by default - maybe even because of the fact that he's awkward, goes on dates with his mother, and happens to know some really cool stuff that's looking to be pretty useful these days. she'd probably bombard him with random questions just to see if he can answer them, and she'll be properly in awe every time he does. at the mo', teri's already broken out of the mall once, so she and percival could bump into each other on the outside, maybe? <br><br>

haha, eden sounds like a real princess, and i think teri would be mildly disappointed that the apocalypse has given eden's personality a spin for the better because without eden as a customer now, she actually has the space to say something to her face about how much of a snot she was without being afraid of losing a customer. still, their similar ages alone might actually make them friends of some sort in this apocalypse.<br><br>

as for the others, i'll have to check them out sometime xD they sound really interesting!

Jacob Forrester - March 29, 2012 12:15 AM (GMT)
Jacob & Teri

I honestly think these two would get on like a house on fire, maybe they would differ on certain topics, like how Jacob tries to help literally everyone out no matter who they are. But the two of them seem pretty similar, Jacob's currently living out in the city so there's a fair chance the two of them could meet at some point.

He's a pretty laid back guy, not because that's how he is, just because he has to be. Maybe the two of them could meet outside with a couple of zombies involved? Eventually Jacob is going to end up at the mall but I'm not entirely sure how or when he'll turn up but I'd love to have the two help each other out in the big scary city.

Plus, him being an engineer would kind of help if she ever let him near her baby.

oh yeah, teri's the type of girl who would be busted by zombies when her scooter breaks down. she doesn't stand a chance fighting them, and she would usually be fine just running away, but with her scooter around she'd pull some tragic 'i'm-not-leaving-my-baby' shit and jacob can save her butt. and fix her scooter. done deal haha
