In twenty eleven Gotham lost its protector and major hero The Batman to murder. There was not a single clue found as to who this villain might be, all the heroes were at a disadvantage at this grievous time.

His protégé and foster son Richard Grayson, once known as Nightwing, rose to the occasion and honoring his mentor’s lineage and goals of keeping the streets safe for Gothamites and others alike put on the cowl becoming Batman himself.

But in the six months since that time things have become more difficult for him. Having a family, and the added stress of being part of the Justice League has left other heroes trying to pick up the slack for the overburdened Grayson.
