I received a warning tonight for posting for a banned player.

For the record:

1) the words of the post were entirely mine, not anyone else's

2) while the last line of the post did in fact make reference to player with past problems who had stepped down from leadership in my alliance, it was my understanding that as of yesterday he had been unbanned--if this was not the case, you have my apologies

I am not in the habit of causing trouble in these forums. While I have been previously warned in the past 30 days, it was for a technical violation. Previous to that the only other trouble I've had here was an incident over 30 days ago when I made some OOC remarks that I have freely admitted I should have been warned for.

I would ask that my 20% in warning level be reduced to an over all warning level of 40% and would also ask for clarification on whether there was actually any consideration given to unbanning NinjaR because there are a number of people now scratching their heads about what they saw on their computer screens and what actually happened yesterday.
